We booked this hotel last minute as the one we originally booked was awful and we couldn't get away fast enough! From the moment we arrived here we were made to feel very welcome and the staff were so helpful. The reception , pools areas, and bars were all really nice, however the corridors and lifts in our block looked as if they had missed the refurb! We had a junior suite and the bed in our our room as so comfortable I wish we could have taken it home. We had a sea view but could also see the power station from our balcony, this didn't really bother us too much however. Food was good for AI, good quality and always plenty of options. There was also a great selection of drinks, including branded spirits and we loved how the snacks at the pool bars were all individually packaged and stored in cabinets, not simply left on the side. We would definitely return to this hotel but probably choose a deluxe room on the quieter side of the hotel.

External grounds of the property are very well looked after and clean. In regards to rooms however not so good, we had black spots in our bathroom mirror (looked like mould) and beds were king but split in 2 so kept moving amytime you try to sleep. Great options for food and drinks as we went all inclusive with choice of restaurants in both parts of the hotel. Transportation wise bus stop is right outside the hotel entrance to take you to anywhere in the island. Overall good hotel, staff are freindly but rooms needs upgrading including beds.

Very nice hotel, but you can hear everything from the rooms, a bit too noisy

by a lovely volcano. Fun stuff and excellent program for kids. Great swim pool and good food selection consider this island does not grow anything.

Séjour agréable, hôtel très bien placé, des options sportives (vélo, marche, etc). Chambre et lit confortable. Plutôt propre mais peu mieux faire, notamment les partie commune ou j’ai eu de la poussière pendant au moins 4/5 jours devant ma porte de chambre. La nourriture est très bonne, variée et il y a aussi des bons resto proches

Not quite as nice as advertised.The main disappointment was the rooms were quite shabby I.e chipped furniture & paintwork, loose handles. The beds were comfortable but our request for a king bed were ignored as a couple, 2 singles pushed together. The food was good but not excellent for all inclusive. Value for money on the stay was well below par. Improving the hotel & updating would certainly help.
