Very good and clean room, breakfast was great.

Checked in for 1night as we travelled to attend a family funeral, upon entering the room the curtain was shut and the smell of mould of very overpowering. Opened the curtain to be greeted with alot of black mould all over the window the curtain and underneath the table, i spoke to staff on reception about this as my partner has chronic asthma and they moved us rooms very helpful. We moved rooms and went straight out to eat as we had been travelling all day, we went back to the room later on to notice this room also had mould in a broken window lock and a broken table, body hair left in shower! Spoke to the main desk again and they offered us a new ropm it was 11.30pm and we had to be up crack of dawn for a funeral! I saod no the room will do for 1 night as we were so tired, during the night it was so noisy people shouting. Spoke with the manager the next morning and was given a full refund as 2 rooms were disgusting. Staff were helpful but hotel is outdated and mouldy, pictures do not match reality it was like a place they house ex cons!

The staff were cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was good, as were the sandwiches we had the night before. It is a cheap hotel so you could forgive some maintenance issues such as some bubbling of paint. However, the desk in our room had had the edging damaged along over a metre of the front. This exposed the chipboard it was made from and so there was a risk of splinters. We would, however, stay here again.

Great location, two minutes from the centre, railway station, shopping centre, great bars and shopping, 20 minute walk to the old town and marina. Hotel was tired but pretty clean, we parked at Osbourne St multistory £3 for 24hours and one minute away. All the staff were super friendly and helpful

Staff were lovely and could not do enough for you. The location is great as you are 5 mins from the station. The hotel needs updating and some money spent on it.

Room was quite spacious and clean. Hotel and rooms just looking a bit worn in places though - bit of redecorating needed. Large comfortable bed and adequate bathroom. Good shower. Very pleasant helpful reception staff. Decent breakfast, with plenty of choice - much better than average for a budget chain hotel like this.

The property has seen better days! Ensuites has that prison vibe. Bathroom door broken and didn’t shut. Shower not cleaned - long hair in multiple locations. Breakfast ok, except for the powdered eggs! Gross. Pub burger was edible in evening was edible.

As expected for the price, room was very basic and a bit tired in places. Staff very friendly

Bathroom was very small. Room and beds were ok. Fine for a one night stay.

Very large and busy hotel but well staffed and very good service. Having a hand written welcome note on my door key holder by the receptionist was a nice touch. I was also given vouchers for discounts in the bar and restaurant.
