Personnel à l’accueil avenant, chambre spacieuse, propre, vue agréable sur le lac. Extérieur agréable, reposant, grand parking. Hôtel d’un autre temps qui a gardé tout son charme. Buffet du Petit déjeuner bien achalandé. Un rapport qualité-prix dans l’ensemble correct pour cette période. Couloir bruyant dû à la porte qui n’est pas phonique, frigo très bruyant, Eau pas chaude, carte du restaurant franchement pas attirante, pour un diner

Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse super. Ladestation für Fixpreis direkt am Hotel auch Topp! Blick auf den See toll. Sehr gute Preis-Leistung. Allerdings insgesamt intensives 20er Jahre Flair mit allem drum und dran. Gefühl wie in Miss Marple Film. Etwas gruselig fand ich die lebensechten Porzellan Hunde auf jeder Etage.

This is a grand palatial hotel, it’s very beautiful sat right at the top of a large hill. In its day it would have been an amazing place to stay. Now a tad dated but still a lovely place to stay. All the staff are friendly, very professional and generous. I had a corner room with a small balcony and superb view of lake Varese. My room was big and the bathroom clean. The only difficult part if you stay a while and plan to eat out (rather than in the grand restaurant) is that there’s no easy way to walk down into Varese so you need to drive there or get a taxi.

Fantastic food and choices and fresh food. Love the honey with honeycomb, so good and fresh and healthy as well!!! Fresh fruits and bread. Mostly beautiful lake and mountain views through window of dining room!
