My stay at the Puente Romano was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel was spotless throughout, and my room was large, modern, beautifully laid out, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed to create a truly relaxing experience. The staff were outstanding—polite, friendly, and always eager to help. Their warm professionalism made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, and the facilities are genuinely top-tier. This hotel doesn’t just claim its five-star status because it checks the right boxes; it earns it through impeccable service, breathtaking surroundings, and an atmosphere of luxury in every corner. I loved every moment of my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. A true five-star experience in every sense.

Everything about this property is outstanding- setting, services, food quality & choices. I highly recommend it. I have stayed at many high end luxurious properties around the euros. This one ranks among the 5 best.

Hands down best hotel I’ve stayed at in Europe. Amazing time especially during Reserve Padel, still was accommodating. Staff was amazing. Room could of been a bit better told us they would upgrade and didn’t hear from them

We loved your hotel and plan to return. One problem the T V was much to difficult to operate. Really cheap remote that worked sporadically , we had staff try to help us several times but never did get it to work

Extremely friendly and above-and-beyond staff. Clean, beautiful, and friendly everywhere you turned. Excellent food and staff. The pools and beach were refreshing. It's the cleanest resort! I loved it!

Quartos amplos, bem equipados e novos. A estrutura do hotel é ótima, com piscinas, academia incrível com aparelhos de alta qualidade, e café da manhã com bastante variedade. Super recomendo o hotel!!!

Vi betalade för dyraste rummet på hotellet, imperial suite, men fick inga solstolar vid poolen en enda dag, och det var svårt att få solstol på stranden. Hotellet uppger att de endast har 200 stolar för 800 gäster. Roomservice dök upp med champagne en timme försent vid beställning… och så vidare…
