The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the breakfast. Great service and variety of food options. The room was a bit on the small side but it had everything we needed.

Bel hôtel, très bien situé avec beaucoup de personnel, ils sont prévenants et professionnels : acceuil, restauration et petit déjeuner. Un peu e déçus par le choix de pains au petit déjeuner, beaucoup de cakes, tartes... Le kouglof perdu est excellent et le service aussi. La chambre est spacieuse, confortable mais pas d'effet wouaou malgré le prix de la nuitée (400€ pour 3p) L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 600 de la cathédrale et très calme. Possible d ouvrir la fenêtre ce qui est appréciable. Un bémol cependant pour le service de voiturier, notre voiture a été très mal garée sur le côté de l'hôtel, limite sur un passage piéton, sans warning, a 2 m du trottoir alors qu'il y avait de la place devant. De plus, nous étions avec ma maman très âgée, elle a du aller sur la voie d'en face pour monter en voiture ce qui était dangereux.

Guests are not allowed to use the refrigerator; if you want to use it, you have to pay 10 euros. I paid 250 euros per room per night. The minibar is off-limits; if you want to eat anything, you have to pay a 100 euro deposit. Most five-star hotels include this in the room rate. When I asked if they could remove items from the refrigerator so I could store yogurt and medicine, the hotel said they could, but I would have to pay an extra 10 euros. The room was very old. The air conditioning didn't work; I asked the hotel to fix it, but they sent a fan instead. The curtains wouldn't open. When showering, the hot water suddenly turned cold. This is a five-star hotel? It doesn't deserve five stars; two stars would suffice. I feel terrible; it was a really bad experience.

Excelente localização. Carpet no quarto muito velho é sujo. Eles esqueceram de botar toalhas pequenas um dia. No primeiro dia eu pedi toca para não molhar o cabelo no banho. Não entregaram durante toda a minha estadia Café da manhã muito caro pelo que eles oferecem.

Staff was great and location was perfect for wandering for sights.

The Sofitel is well located in Strasbourg, close to all the major attractions and public transport. The staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel is somewhat worn in places with stained carpets in corridors and room lobbies. Bed was clean and comfortable and the room was quiet.
