the different restaurants and the staff was soo amazing

Breakfast is included which was a huge array of different foods and you could bring small Tupperware to take some “extras to-go” to munch on later! ;) The water snakes are NOT poisonous. Staff is great and helpful. There was an adult pool tha seemed more for Seniors. The main pool was nice, even with the week-behaved kids for the adults to hang out at with the swim up bar. The hibachi restaurant is awesome and so is the one on the little island for seafood! Make sure you make reservations in advance for the dinner! The waterfall close by is closed so I highly recommend you do the RIVER TUBING where they take you to a huge waterfall about an hour away from the hotel!!!! (Ask the hotel staff that scheduled events - brochure pic is included in my review) They have a salon and do an amazing job for hair services. They washed and braided my hair for a reasonable amount. The braiding here is exceptional! They use very good quality products and the braiding was FAST! Make sure to book with them! :) Book your travel to/from the airport in advance. We took the bus for $15 Fiji $ but took almost 3hrs with the bus stops.

Love this resort the staff are beautiful especially Ame, sarleen, wame, Sala ratu,the porters are all so friendly these people make me come back every year which I just got back for the 8th time. Daniel near the gym is so friendly aswell kids love him his fun and joins in with the game area good vibe. The cocktails and food are all so good but pricey same as Australia sometimes more. The renovated rooms are beautiful glad they started to renovate the rooms. The spa is so beautiful they do the best massages I’ve ever had very expensive but relaxing I get every year for our anniversary with hubby in a couples room. The sports bar looks amazing with a big screen inside which is awesome as us from Australia love watching the footy every Thurs Friday sat and Sunday night. The only thing I suggest to the boss is to put the singers back to infront of the sunset bar again as there more visible everyone can see them outside when walking around the resort they can get a drink from the bar and listen to there beautiful voices not hidden away inside the sports bar as not everyone goes inside here.

Beautiful resort friendly people especially Ame, Sala, sarleen,wame. To the owner of the resort I recommend highly the singers to go back and sing infront of the sunset bar as more people are walking past there and will see them more instead of having them inside of the sports bar infront of the big screen there that looks amazing and us from Australia love watching the footy Thurs Friday and sat nights and can’t as the singer is right in front of the screen. Love the renovated rooms they look so much better and smell better less mould then the old rooms.

Staff were amazing. Met with smiles and happy chatter daily. The most comfortable bed in a resort I’ve ever slept in. 4 stars due to a bit of a dodgy shower. Overall amazing. Bula!

Everything was perfect. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of food and all the different restaurant experiences were fantastic. Swim up pool bar was perfect. Rooms were clean and spacious

The employees were wonderful! Can't say enough about how friendly everyone was, especially Ma at the Bar, Chelly, the whole staff at the Wicked Walu, and Kini who cleaned our room. Only issue we had was at the Japanese restaurant both times we ate there. 1st night they forgot 2 people's entrees. We had to ask 3 times for them. 2nd night they delivered our drinks and appetizer after we finished our entrees. We ordered water and some cocktails. We were getting ready to leave. There was no apology, just a blank look from the head cashier. I would recommend never eating there, food was also sub par. Everything else was great.

Rooms were very clean but a little outdated. Staff were all helpful and very friendly. Great place to relax.

We turned up and it took over an hour to check in because there was an issue with our room. Once in our room, the bathroom was dirty with hairs and sticky smudge marks and the joining room had some sort of spilt milk all over the floor making the room smell foul. After discussing with staff we were moved but lost the joining rooms and were placed in separate rooms on different sides of the hallway, which was a problem as we were travelling with4 kids, 2 small kids and an older daughter with autism made it tricky with separate rooms. My husband and I ended up having to be in separate rooms .This definitely left us feeling disappointed, especially on a family holiday. Food was so overpriced and very average. Pool water was dirty and our daughter ended up watching the a staph infection. Staff were absolutely beautiful. Duty manager Seru was amazing. Restaurant staff were happy, kind and always helpful . The beach was beautiful, absolutely stunning.

overall good and nice place to stay although I would recommend that people go full board as the food and drinks are very expensive and unless you hire a car there is not much choice locally within walking distance, otherwise it has most things you need. Servicing the rooms was a bit slow but it might have been to short staffing over xmas. All the staff are friendly.

Rummen var ok. Maten i buffén var rätt kass. Stranden var inte allt så vacker som på andra ställen. Mycket sjögräs i vattnet och svårt att bada när det inte var högvatten. Poolen överfull, inte en chans till en solstol. Gymmet var ok. Skulle inte boka detta igen. Vi bodde på Hideaway innan och där var stranden mycket finare och knappt något folk längst stranden.
