Hello so upon my check out, I did speak to Ahmed he was the person that checked me in last night when I left the review, it was not to say his services was bad. He did wave my incidentals of $100 but upon me leaving, I felt very uncomfortable with them bombarding me about a review. This is my first and last time staying at this hotel. I never in my life was question about a review by two individuals male about how I reviewed a stay that was very uncomfortable. Overall, the room was clean just a little bit of things here and there but no big deal but I would never stay at this hotel again because them two males that was at the front desk upon my checkout on April 18, 2025 at 10:45 am made me so upset. I am displeased. I work in the hotel industry and I was a receptionist for five years and I never told a guess how I felt about their review upon them leaving that gives them a bad taste in reputation in service and also in coming back to the facility. I give this stay a 3.5.

Beds are smaller then advertise

Very unsafe feeling with people wandering around that seem to live there instead of being guests. The towels when we first had our first room had pubic hair in them and the room was a mess. Had to wait for them to be cleaned to get our rooms in order, that should have been done well before we arrived for check in. Some of the staff customer service is good but there’s two staff members that either don’t know what’s going on/ have a bad attitude. There’s also one specific person that was staying here had put paper on their door with a message speaking about “the Heavenly Father is watching you” very creepy along with another paper saying people need to stop stalking them. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re coming to PA for a vacation or visiting. Please spend your money somewhere else.

A lot homeless people sleep there look like shelter and the big bed a lot on the bed

My recent stay at this hotel was shockingly disappointing, especially given its positive online reviews. The property was visibly dirty. The carpets in my room were disgustingly stained, and the elevator was grimy, with dirt clearly visible along the edges. Overflowing trash cans littered the hallways, compounding the uncleanliness. The room's phone didn't work, making it impossible to contact the front desk. When I tried calling from my cell, no one answered. I went down to the lobby, only to find it deserted. I waited 15 minutes before a staff member finally appeared. This lack of front desk coverage is deeply concerning, particularly in case of a guest emergency. Adding to the problems, the bathroom light flickered violently, making it unusable. I couldn't even take a shower. While the hotel offered to move me, I was checking out in just two hours and the hassle of packing and moving seemed pointless. Since I desperately needed a shower before leaving, they allowed me to use the bathroom in an adjacent, unoccupied room. This room was in poor condition. The dead bolt lock was broken, a light switch was damaged, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The hotel's maintenance standards are clearly subpar. I chose this hotel based on its Google ratings. After this terrible experience, I revisited the reviews and noticed many that seemed suspiciously repetitive, raising concerns about their authenticity. My stay was truly awful. I strongly advise potential guests

Well the first room they gave me was horrible smell like a big dog and it was stuffy like just bad the next room smelled better but had roaches I will never go back

Safe and clean

Overall fine, the room could have been cleaner.

The rooms are very dirty, smelly and beat up furniture. Kitchen cabinets were falling apart. The lobby was nice but the rooms need to be renovated.

Room clean but all the common areas inside area very dirty with garbage bags in the hall area by elevators for over 24 hrs leaking everywhere. Odd place seamed like permanent residence for some people. Would not stay again. Seemed sketchy

The stay was comfortable. The only 2 suggestions I have is, room service daily & fabric softener in the towels

Extremely dirty lobby, elevator and floor in room never been vacuumed. There is no breakfast and microwave in room was broken not heating food.Strange people was walking around entrance and overall stay was not pleasant at all.

Very relaxing good night sleep

I was displeased with the subpar room and the amount of noise in the hotel. There pictures do not match what is shown online.

Got in town very early staff went out of his way to make sure I was able to check in Before Time

Halls smell like Cigarettes and other nasty things. Not staying in this place again.

It was very nice and the staff was very nice. However, when getting into our room you could tell they made improvements but they were sloppy about it. The shower could have been cleaner, as well as the kitchenette. Everything looked clean and new. The only issue that really bothered us was the GPS and google lists this hotel as something different but when you arrive it is the hotel that you book. For an overnight trip is was not bad, but I do not think I would stay there longer than a couple of days.

I would’ve given it a 5 stars, however they get 4 because it was no hot water in the bathroom sink. Other than that it was a great stay!

Staff not all that friendly. I was asked to vacate after staying 28 days
