Nice place

This Sonesta was clean, comfortable, and convenient. It’s right by the airport and a few food options/shopping options are walkable as well.

Everything was great

clean rooms with usable kitchen. I loved they had diabetic friendly breakfast items (eggs, ham, sausage) and not just carb heavy items. Staff was amazingly friendly.

Not happy. Booked through Expedia. Searched hotels in Pittsburgh Ks. They showed me listings in Pittsburgh PA. I didn’t catch it and booked a hotel. Then got directions. This is when I realized what happened. Expedia wouldn’t cancel it and the hotel wouldn’t cancel it. The hotel said as long as I didn’t check in I wouldn’t be charged. That was a lie. Last thing I needed to wore abour

Hotel lobby and hallways had a bad odor. The room was muggy and smelled musty. AC vent in bedroom didn’t blow any air but worked in the living room area. So it was very hot in the bedroom. Half of laundry facilities were out of order.

Maybe think about updating decorum

The drainage for the shower is terrible. The floor in the bathroom was like a river when trying to go toilet. There's needs to be a threshold hold placed

Great stay!

Friendly staff, easy check-in, clean room. I stayed several nights during the US Open. Tons of dining and shopping options in the area. Easy access to main highway to get around the area. Felt safe.

Nice 2 day stay

The room was large with plenty desk space if needed for work. Bed & pillows were soft and comfy. Very clean and quiet safe location. Walking distance to Target. Free shuttle to and from airport. If you just want an affordable clean comfy place to stay with no pool or hottub. This place is perfect.

Great location outside of the big city. Everything and everything within the same locality. Suite was fair in pricing and large. Cleanliness of floors was ok. Our room smelled like a precious traveler might have smoked inside and the property had a mild smell. Would still stay again!

I didn't like the fact as you enter front entrance, people are stand there smoking. It's terrible when you can't breath fresh air

Nice stay. The room was clean and spacious. One thing I didn’t care for was the scent that is being used with the ventilation system. I felt that was a bit too strong for my taste.
