Great location. Walking distance to everything

Room was in somewhat shabby condition: sheer curtains were in shreds, furniture was chipped. Food and dining options limited and overpriced, even by hotel standards. I've previously stayed in Double Tree hotels in London and NYC and found them good value. I don't know if the chain has gone downhill or it's just this one.

Proximité de la Place des Arts. Les chambres avec point de vue ne valent pas vraiment le coût additionnel. Le petit déjeuner à la chambre (très bon et très copieux) est 30% moins cher que le buffet au rez-de-chaussée, i.e. îl n'y a pas de petit déjeuner à la carte.

It’s a hotel that is Covention/Conference centric. So, there is an obnoxious attitude of entitled expense account driven customers. Which isn’t pleasant to hear or watch in the hotel (elevators, floor and lobby). Staff were ok though.

Overall, the check-in experience was not very good. The deposit was initially stated as $100, but it was later changed to $500 because I wasn’t using a credit card, which was quite unexpected. We also asked about breakfast and parking during check-in and were told they were included, but it turned out we had to pay extra for both. I’m not sure if the confusion came from Expedia or the DoubleTree, as I unfortunately no longer have the confirmation email. It would really help to receive a clear confirmation with all details the day before arrival. On a positive note, the room was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Perfect location. The room was super clean. The building is located on a great shopping street, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Additionally, it’s within a mall with a great food court where we had breakfast every morning. I highly recommend this location.

very convenient getting around downtown montreal.at the centre of festival venue in downtown during summer.just a walking distance on all amenities.downstairs is shopping mall.staff are nice and they offer warm cookies on your arrival.very satisfied with our stay.

Easy checkin, great Breakfast options. Kids loved the welcome cookies 😃 walkable winter market was a pleasant surprise.
