Clean room. Nice staff. Great breakfast. Very accomodating when my flight got delayed/cancelled in staying a few more hours. Wish the AC/temp. Control was better though. During summer it gets too hot and the AC wasnt great.

Self parking is not ideal. Hotel needs to be updated.

The check-in staff were friendly and professional. The room was spotless. The room was large (Amenities are good.

The room did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned, as it looked a bit dusty, and we noticed a sock left behind as well as some soap on the floor. The ventilation in the room was not ideal, and there was some noise from the elevator. On a positive note, the location is great.

Excellent location, close to restaurants, cafes, shops and metro.
