Clean room, beautiful property, friendly staff

The room was distant from our car/main building so luggage had to be hauled up some wooden stairs and along several corridors. At night these corridors were badly lit making the journey to our room hazardous. Wi-Fi was very poor and intermittent and really only worked in reception. Breakfast was very poor value for the money and the service was indifferent. There was a distinct difference between rooms in the hotel and the rooms in the annex which were dark with poor lighting. We could certainly not recommend these rooms.

Loved everything about the Chateau. The tomato and dahlia gardens were amazing.

Site superbe, chambre spacieuse ( sans tv) grand lit très confortable Wifi pour iPhone compliquée Salle de bains spacieuse mais manque pare douche sur la baignoire ou au pire rideau ainsi qu’une accroche pour la pomme de douche pour éviter inondations ou etre accroupie inconfortable. Manque mouchoirs en papier…. Peu mieux faire Petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur ni du lieux ni du prix. Jardins conservatoires tomates et Dalhia superbes.

O Hotel/Chateau é histórico e muito bonito. Acho que pelo custo, algumas coisas poderiam ser melhoradas, como o atendimento no jantar e café da manhã. Embora seja um Castelo alguma manutenção poderia ser realizada a fim de melhor preservação.

Great stay - fancy but warm and easy going too! The paths and gardens were a joy to experience! The dinner was wonderful! The breakfast I would consider a little “light” but service GREAT. Lucas was excellent and fun. Our room was spacious, lovely, and quiet! Internet was not the best but then doing without it was good too! Great find, great stay!

The grounds are exquisite! What an estate to be part of even for a short period of time. Staff are professional and helpful…I’m coming back for sure.

Really welcoming staff and a chance to stay in such a historic place in a stunning room. Surrounding Park is beautiful, the children enjoyed the swimming pool.

Beautiful setting and great location- unfortunately the WiFi was subpar and we were hoping for amenities such as ice or coffee station. Would visit again if we did not have to connect

Diese Hotel ist sehr schön, aber in den Zimmer, könnte man mal den Boden neu machen. Zum Beispiel, der in die Jahre gekommenen Teppich raus und durch Laminat ersetzen, dann ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre auch nicht schlecht. So könnte man der Standart noch etwas heben.

Ce fut un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel de charme. Le cadre est magnifique, le parc somptueux, les chambres spacieuses et confortable. Notre seul bémol porte sur le service de restauration sur place. Le petit déjeuné est un peu cher pour une prestation et un service de qualité mais décevant (peu de choix en thé, le salé en supplément, de l’attente malgré l’heure donnée la veille). En ce qui concerne le déjeuné, le bar à tomate est très agréable, mais il n’y a pas de service de restauration le soir. Pas toujours simple ou agréable de devoir reprendre la voiture alors que les cuisines du château semblent magnifiques.

Beautiful and magical hotel. Breakfast was great. We loved the tennis court, you can get equipment for free. Big rooms. Nice walking paths around the chateu. We used an uber to get to and from the hotel. No elevators but we like stairs.

Fantastisk sted, men de som jobbet der kunne absoluttt ingenting om stedets historie…veldig rart? Bygget, parken, rommene - alt var helt nydelig! Men, maten var dessverre overpriset og kjedelig. Ingen smak på middagen. Frokosten var bra, men altfor dyr og uoversiktlig når man bestilte om alt ble priset individuelt eller ikke. (Ja man måtte betale for hvert enkelte item). Butikken hadde mange spennende produkter og her er det faktisk bare de ansatte og kokken som står tilbake for fem stjerner
