The front desk they were so nice we arrived super late and they accommodated us

Easy to find, lots of activities and things to do. Very big lobby. Friendly staff. Easy check in process. Comfortable king bed. No complaints! Great price!

NO lobby coffee offered; room coffee machine is outdated and the coffee tasted bad. Swimming pool need better maintenance. Shower door has a big gap, so water flowing all over the bathroom floor. Landscaping also needs lots of attention; weeds are more than grass. My dog doesn’t even want to go potty out there.

Good hotel but no shuttle going to airporf

Very close proximity to Disney World parks and stores. The rooms are modern but bathroom was a bit dirty upon arrival. Breakfast was included in my reservation for a small additional fee and was perfect for before park days, just wish it opened an hour earlier. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint was they play music in the lobby area all night, my room was very close to the lobby so you could easily hear it in the rooms. Would stay again due to distance from parks

Would definitely recommend this property to anyone asking. Especially if you want to be close to the parks without paying Disney resort prices. Over all affordable, clean, and comfortable. We loved the beds and could see the fire works from our window which was fun. Only complains are no microwave in the room. So if you have an infant taking bottles would recommend you bring your own warmer, the elevator was alittle sketchy as one would wobble on the floor before it went and the buttons wouldn’t light up so you couldn’t tell if it knew which floor it was going to, and lastly the part of the room where the tile turns into carpet there were screws sticking pointed end up. We laid a towel over it so the babies wouldn’t get poked. (I did originally when we noticed them)
