Great staff that was always friendly and willing to help. Room could have been a bit cleaner.

The rooms are renovated and generally clean however the rest of the hotel was old and run down. the whole place smelled of old cigarettes and mildew but they were trying to cover it up with air fresheners that were so overpowering. the smell sticks to you when you leave. the rooms had the same air freshener smell just not as much mildew. they also make you pay for parking but its just an open lot, nothing special or secured. parking should be included in the room rate. wouldn't stay here again and we debated finding another hotel even after we checked in.

Hotels were clean and convenient, staff friendly, and had great transportation options!

I made my reservation for Monday April 14 for one night. The reservation defaulted to April 15 because they were sold out. I tried and tried to cancel it with no help from anyone. We didn’t stay the 15th so I can’t rate your hotel. Very poor performance.

Our family really enjoyed the Sonesta because it gave us a home feeling.

The best thing about this hotel was the price and the proximity to Globe Life Field. It wasn’t “bad”, but mediocre at best. Tower rack and bath hook came off while showering. This place needs a major upgrade. It’s built more for an extended stay place. A low budget extended stay (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave.) It’s outdated so bring adapters! We stayed one night and it worked ok for us. It was quiet and the staff were very friendly. Bed was passable and neighborhood was safe. Trolleys to all the attractions Arlington has to offer stops at the front door. This hotel is perfectly acceptable for a family on a budget to visit Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, Rangers, Cowboys and decent restaurants although I don’t think it has a pool. Wife and I probably won’t stay again, but for the price it’s an okay deal.

Meh, it was average. Get what you pay for I suppose. No restaurants within walking distance and ATT about a 2 mile walk which was fine for walkers like us.
