The area has plenty of shopping and food options but the hotel leaves something to be desired. There can definitely be some improvements

The staff is amazing! Every single one of them is helpful and friendly. Always there to help and assist with anything needed. The property could use a few upgrades like a gym, but overall I give them a 5 star rating.

It was awful. It was so bad that we, thankfully, were able to cancel, get fully refunded and leave. I booked 2 rooms for my family. The first room was tolerable but not the second room. It had no working light in the bathroom with part of the light fixture laying on the sink. There also was no shower curtain and a toilet plunger on the floor in the kitchen. The kitchen area in both rooms was not what I would consider clean. After seeing these things we couldn't stay there. We were all concerned for our safety as we noticed the people in and out of the hotel and those lingering outside. One woman outside was obviously a prostitute and another man was making "transactions" with his customers.. This hotel looked decent from the photos but it was far from it. I'm so glad the front desk employee agreed for us to leave and be refunded as otherwise we would have had to sleep on guard with one eye open.We only needed a quick overnight stay for about 8 hours but this hotel was unclean and unsafe.

Value for money

First off, the only reason I chose this place was due to the location being close to Truist Park Stadium for the concert I was attending. The lobby looks NOTHING like the photo. We got there about 7/7:30p, there was nobody at the front desk to check us in. We stood there for about 6/7 minutes waiting for someone after pressing the bell. I finally called the toll free number to get someone to check us in. The clerk came and was a bit rude, asking us "what y'all doing here?" I didn't feel that was any of her business, also her tone was horrible. We get up to the room and immediately I was ready to go! It looked NOTHING like the photos. The room was cramped, extremely small! The stovetop was nasty. The inside of the bathroom door has been punched, the door was on the hinges. The bathroom trash can was under the sink, I pulled it out and it hadn't been emptied; beer bottles and other trash in it. We immediately went to Walmart to get cleaning supplies and other things. We get back turn the TV on, only it DIDN'T WORK! Luckily we brought our tablets and watched movies on that. I go to turn the other light on beside the bed and it doesn't work either! Only one socket near the bed worked. At that point, I was frustrated and tired and just covered up with my own blanket. Fast forward to check out Sunday morning. I get up to go to the bathroom and start packing.... I see a huge roach on the kitchen counter crawling. The person I was with said she saw one in the bathroom earlier.

This location was not what i wanted for the cost. No linen security latch broke. ONE small old flat screen. Place utilized as residential. Front desk rude. I will never book again. This place was worth 50 dollars a night.

The hotel smelled nasty, the front desk closed early with metal roll up window so no service available. Our room had blood splatter in multiple different spots, especially the bathroom. The fridge didn’t even have a door handle on it. Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in some bad ones.

It was ok. Nothing to complain about considering my situation.

Staff is absolutely amazing. I witnessed an exchange between a customer and staff. The customer was very rude and loud, however the staff member responded calmly and politely. She did everything she could to fix the problem. Staff is top tier. There’s of a lot food and entertainment places in walking distance from the hotel.

Property is ok but the staff is terrible doesn’t accommodate or help and one had a bad attitude

Room did not look like the pictures online. Smelled like weed. Would absolutely never stay here again.

Do not recommend this property. The overall area seemed safe but always seemed to be lots of people “passing thru” the parking lot. The first room they gave us hadn’t been cleaned when we entered. We killed a roach in the restroom. There wasn’t enough towels for our party and apparently the place has no staff onsite overnight so we couldn’t get more.

Horrible experience! They didn’t have the double bedroom I booked so they tried to put me in two queen rooms but I was traveling with kids. They told me to call Expedia to have booking canceled which took some time. The front lobby smelled like marijuana with dirty floors. There were janky people coming in and out. I wouldn’t advise anyone to book here especially if you have kids.

It took 25 minutes just to check in as the lady who runs the front desk also does the laundry. You have to pay for more clean towels and they just simply wash your current ones and give them back. They only was 1 room at a time so you could be waiting a few hours for your towels. The "queen" size bed is really a full size

The hotels.com ad showed fitness , swim and breakfast included- NONE of them was there. The whole hotel smells of smoke including my "Non-Smoking" room!

As expected, bed was comfy enough, not too clean not too dirty.

Room was extremely dirty, bed was pushed against the wall where two couldn’t use it so we had to move the bed ourselves and make it. Mattress was at least new and still In plastic. Only one pillow for the room. Fake eyelashes in the sink. Floors were covered in dirt and you could see peoples footprints on the floor.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable. Staff was nice.
