I was pleasantly surprised by the quiet, because I'm from downtown Toronto, where the ambient noise of construction, and traffic, combined with the unpleasant stench of the city, makes for a stressful environment. This is my first time visiting Vancouver, I've always had good experiences in Ramada Inns, all over the World, and I was again impressed with this one.

A little noisy, a little older, but good enough for me. Must be our 4th or 5th stay here.

The staff was very friendly & helpful, the room was very clean. However, the hotel itself needs upgrading. The shower didn’t work & the tub didn’t drain after my bath.

Our room was next to a laundry room and it was being used day and night o our sleep was very disturbed to say the least. I wanted to use the handicapped washroom off the lobby rea and apparently we were told there was no key to get into it. I’m handicapped and find the toilets in the room so low and small it is difficult. We won’t be staying at this location again

Hotel in need of updating. Furniture is worn out. Floors were filthy, hallways smelt you needed to close doors as soon as possible. This is a very good location, easy to find. Lots of great restaurants near by. Cleaning staff was very friendly, front desk staff not so helpful.

Place is showing its age and isn’t all that clean. It’s priced pretty good for the area.

It is so dirty. The building and rooms are very old and run down. We booked here because it was the cheapest option we could find to stay while traveling to the hospital; but still for $200 to stay one night id expect alot better. There is mold around the bath tub so i couldnt bathe my toddler safely and clumps of dirt and hair everywhere. The bedsheets were dirty, theres mold all around the window...and the mini fridge does not work. It appeared to be cold to start with but our food got warm and spoiled overnight. There is no elevator to get to the 2nd floor rooms which i did not see mentioned when booking. The lady at the desk was kind enough to change our room to a ground level, but unfortunately the condition of the room would prevent me from ever coming back.

Location of Ramada was easy to find. It was my familys first time to book at Ramada Coquitlam. That was about 5pm when we checked in and the front desk lady was not too happy to book us. I believe she was having a bad day. The airconditioner was quite loud. At any rate we were just there to sleep for the night.Was it value for money ?

Room, and whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. Tried to open the window but screen was missing so could not get fresh air. Avoid this place if you are not a smoker.

Wasnt very comfortable at all , sketchy area , dirty place

Although it was quiet, our room number 311 smelled strongly of mold and mildew. The tv remote didn't work and the bedside lamps didn't work. The far wall near the bathroom looked like moldy wear and tear that was poorly disguised with caulking. Ramada, you should do better. I was shocked.
