Great breakfast, nice rooms, but a little bit noisy

Really nice clean hotel, in walking distance to everything, shops very close. Very good hotel woukd definitely stay again.

Very poor value. $385 per night for a very average room. Parking was 15 euros per night additional cost. I inquired about offsite parking options and was given no answer. No fridge in room. Despite knowing that there was a family of 4 staying in the room with two (small) double beds, they only put two bath towels in the room. I called front desk to request two additional towels and they said we would have to come and get them. I would expect this poor level of service from a much cheaper hotel. Not good.

Our stay was great. The front desk & restaurant staff were always great. Our room was cleaned well. The issues we had with the room was the wood rot because of shower water spillage. Been happening for quite some time. We could never get cold water. Even on cold setting it was like warm. These were not major issues but was the reason for not giving a 5 of 5.

The listing says they have laundry facilities which in my experience means they have a guest coin laundry on site. Very disappointing that they don’t have amenities listed. Tried to convince me to pay $5+ an item and have it come back a couple days later from a service (ridiculous) asked the maid for clean towels and she didn’t want to give them to me because she wasn’t at my room yet and it wasn’t on her room list. This was after having the card out asking for service for over 6 hours. Worst hotel I’ve been at in Ireland.

Great location walkable to everything we wanted to see and do. Our shower was clogged and water overflowed onto the floor. Room could be maintained better

Rooms need freshening up a bit and needs air con as it was like a sauna but really good location for the Aviva Stadium, only a 20 minute walk. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The Hotel was well situated for Pearse Street Station and fairly close to the riverside areas with plenty of food and drink options nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was clean with free water and biscuits. The bed was very comfortable just one minor issue was that the beds were on wheels so did move with minor movements. Other than that a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Walkable location but not immediate to any services. Staff were rude when we hadn’t checked out at 11am despite pre-paying €20 for late checkout. they could have handed their error much better. Rooms average. Property was well maintained for what it is. Security guards at convenience store and doors locked before 10pm left us questioning the area, but nothing specifically made us feel unsafe.

Friendly helpful staff,clean comfortable room.Particularly liked the wet room. Would certainy stay again.

It provided an accessible room with all the necessary amenities. The staff everywhere was helpful, friendly and had good advice. I felt well taken care of and welcome. I wanted battered fish and chips and there was no place near but the restaurant version was excellent and even had delicious mushy peas. Exactly what I crave. This hotel was in walking distance, even for me, of my great nephew's flat. That is why I chose it. But it is also centrally located but away from the hustle and bustle. One suggestion that duvets can be too warm in summer and a sheet under it would be helpful for those of us who run hot.

Good positio

Really nice hotel. Just an 8min walk from Dublin Express Trinity stop (if thats how ur coming) Catch busses into town - Bus 4 or C4 or not too far walk from Fleet Street where the famous temple bar is and some lovely places and allyways to visit. Staff are nice and polite, reception same and they can book you taxis if needed. Rooms nice and well maintained. When i come back i'll be looking to stay here again. I recommend this place.

Spent 4 nights at the Maldron. We chose this hotel because it was rather near the 3Arena and withing walking distance from centre. Overall experience is ok, but it's maybe not worth the price. The bed was very high and bit hard. Luckily there were extra pillows. Cleaning is done daily and they make it like how it was when we first arrived. Good job there! Still, it surprises me still that a hotel does not have the very basic things like hooks or coat hangars when entering a room in Ireland for all places, where you would want to dry your clothes somewhere else than in the closet. Toilet is large but weirdly planned. Towels are either on the other side from the sink or behind the door. Small but annoying things. The small fridge in the closet was not cold. It had power but was no use. The breakfast is decent but can't help wondering what the staff is doing during the whole morning? Both coffee machines required attention but nobody would notice unless someone mentioned about it. When juice and toast ran out, no-one would do a thing. Tables were full of dirty dishes after earlier visitors and they were cleaned very slowly. And lastly nobody really cared if you had paid for the breakfast or not.

We had a lovely stay at Maldron Pearse Street. Rooms were clean, location was ideal, restaurant on sitewas exceptional and staff were fantastic.

Brilliant service. Got there about 11am, Staff let us check in early as the room was already. Stafe at reception very welcoming. Would definitely recommend.
