Front of house staff were best thing about the hotel. Decor was outdated & bed sheets smelt. The gym was the worst gym I’ve ever been to, wasn’t even x2 of some of the weights. Really needs addressing if the hotel is advertising a gym as an facility

First impressions are the most important and your lady on the reception was first rate. Friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. The room was clean and tidy and provided all the facilities we required.

Spacious comfortable room

Overall this is a good value hotel. For me it worked well as I had been workign in Milton Keynes and was flying from Heathrow on business the next day. It was well priced, accessible and serivce was good. Room was comfortable - if a bit dated. Food was good, bar staff were great, tv had Champions League match I wanted to watch. It has a good gym set up, and breakfast was of a good standard. 20 minutes drive from Terminal 3. All in all worth staying here. Don't expect anything special - this is a functional mid-market hotel but in that field it's well positioned.
