Rude at front desk Loud music Room smelled

There was no ice machine on the property. The bed squeaks. The tv was outdated. I wasn’t allowed to leave a half cash half card deposit

It was nice

Room would not cool down, bed was uncomfortable and itchy, there was a dog in one of the rooms barking throughout the night and people talking loudly till about 3 am in the parking lot right outside the window. Would not recommend.

Everything at the hotel was good even the price of the stay

The beds were clean and comfortable. We were a family of five and the room was large and roomy. We used the sofa pullout bed. The breakfast choices were few but good selection.

The room floors aren’t very clean, they are carpeted and you could see old stains.

Excellent customer service and super clean

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was clean, and had good space. The kitchen appliances were tooo old but they were functioning fine. The complimentary breakfast is just Coffee, nutrition bar and some oranges.

The staff was extremely rude. We requested a late check out and they told us it would not be a problem. They they charged us a late check out fee without mentioning anything about a late check out fee. I’ve called the hotel and they claim they cannot do anything and were once again rude to me. They even hung up on me. Avoid this hotel.

The young lady at the counter was super friendly and helpful. The door to the room wouldn’t open so had to get the key reprogrammed a couple of times and still didn’t work so she gave me another room. Probably just a low battery in the door. Lobby floor was really dirty. Room was spacious. Maybe could use upgraded some. Room was expensive because of the final four I imagine. It was $238 for two queen beds. Definitely not worth that much. Maybe half that much in my opinion.

Half the lamps in the room didn't work. For some reason there were bits of dig food on the floor and in the restroom.... our shower was completely shot and legit had to have a maintenance dude come replace the faucet and he left the broken parts in the restroom. (Better not be at fault for that btw will update) all in all its a disappointing stay

I needed a room close to the medical center because my granddaughter is in ICU. The Final Four is in town this weekend, so most rooms were sold out or asking a ridiculous price for 1-2 nights. This place came up next to a place I stayed at the previous weekend that was decent and the price seemed fair, so I thought it would be comparable. WRONG. The "lobby"was hidden on the side of the building and was a tiny room where no staff was at the desk. I rang the bell, and was told "coming" and someone finally showed up. She hardly said anything the entire time she checked me in. I had requested an upper floor but got the 1st floor. I went to the room and was welcomed by a powerful musty odor and 1970s brown and orange matted carpet. The toilet was the only part of the room that has been updated in the last 40 years. The shower water pressure was decent. I checked out early and won't consider a revisit. My sister booked 4 nights for the same cause, and is considering loosing her money to see if any other hotel in the town is available. She spent $1073 for a 4 night stay. Save your money unless you're desperate like we were.
