Liked pool hot tub, breakfast, rooms, free coffee, Disliked the fitness room. It was too small.

Rooms smelled strongly of air freshener covering up a bad smell. Elevator took forever. Booked 2 night, stayed just one and switched to a different property. Overall not a great experience.

Enjoyed our stay here. We were able to check in early which was appreciated. Breakfast was good. Daily housekeeping available. Hotel is showing its age, but everything was clean and well maintained. Would stay again.

Problems getting elevator to start.

A nice place to stay. The elevator was not working very well, everyone mentioned it was annoying having to push the button for the desired floor 3 to 10 times to get it to move. The bathroom sink area was outdated only about 30 to 36 inches wide countertop. No space for our toiletries. It looks like the floor plan for design was flipped upside down. The closet was next to the patio instead of the bathroom area. So the desk was near the bathroom.

Room was clean, bed was comfy, nothing smelled bad - what more could you ask for? Well, a towel rack in the bathroom would be nice. There wasn’t a single way to hang a towel, and minuscule counter space. One hook on back of door does not a happy camper make. But if that’s my only complaint, the stay was worthwhile. Sorry housekeeping for the towels all over the place. Couldn’t be helped. No where to hang them.

We discovered a cockroach in our room as soon as we checked in and Christian, the hotel representative assigned us another room promptly and provided us with assistance in moving our baggage to the new room. He was friendly and professional.

This was an enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The carpet in my roof was somewhat worn, but it was clean, as was the room, which was also well-maintained. The breakfast was well-prepared and tasty, and the automatic pancake maker actually worked (first time ever! Why did they replace the reliable waffle-makers with these things that never work?) I would certainly stay here again.

Terrible customer service in trying to get my receipt emailed to me. You have to be a detective to get to a human being for help. Never had this bad of an experience in all my years of travel. Would not recommend for business travel!!!!!

Extremely overrated. If you enjoy staying practically under a freeway overpass in a bad neighborhood, this place is for you!

We liked the breakfast, pool and spa are heated. It’s located near stores and attractions. We stayed as a family and felt welcomed and comfortable. We’d stay again.

It just for one night and everything was okay. The property is dated, but clean and satisfactory for a short-term stay.

Well lighted area and easily accessible amenities. Room is basic, clean and comfortable. However, the noise level is in some degree from the main road.

No water glasses. Very tiny vanity space for toiletry kit to be unpacked

We require a mobility accessible room. The room provided by the hotel came through, and the room was comfortable and easy to move around in, plus grab bars in the bathroom. The hotel's location was close enough to "Palm Springs" to make reaching anyplace we wanted to visit easy, but far enough that we were not subjected to tight roads with lots of traffic. Plus the cost of the room provided a significant value.

First things first I’ve been at this hotel before very nice this visit. I booked my usual handicap room when I got there. I was informed that the elevator was not working that I would have to walk up the stairs. Unfortunately I could not walk upstairs. I went to a room on the first floor, which was not handicapped and it’s very hard for me to get in and out of the tub. I was kind of disappointed because this is a very nice hotel the staff the food very nice but this visit was not.
