The staff there made us so comfortable. They were responsive to all of our needs. And it was nice to have a bar on premises and a restaurant next door.

Beautiful hotel with great location and price. We used their bikes to tour the main attractions and walked to Bourbon street for a fun night on the town.

Chris was nice The Concierge lady was great. I can't remember her name. She gave us all the tips and recs.

Besides the AC malfunctioning my stay was ok

Despite being on the second floor by the street with the trash man running everyday about 4 it was great no lie

Fantastic location and the staff was amazing!!

From check in desk so very unprofessional .Was not greeted the lady that checked myself and husband in very unpleasant attitude 🙄 the room was dirty and a very bad smell of mold. There is no way nobody was unaware of the smell. Other also said the same thing on the 10th floor but in our room also had the smell. To top it off the ac stopped working. It was 86 degrees in our room . The bartender and the service lady that came to checkout our ac that had just stopped working was the only staff that showed a pleasant attitude and professionalism. They finally changed our room the 2nd day at the end of the night without a sorry.

Very nice hotel. Bed was extremely comfortable and the rooms were so clean. Very accessible lots of things to do in New Orleans. A wonderful restaurant across the street for breakfast.

I booked a stay at International House New Orleans because it was listed as part of Expedia’s VIP Access program, but the experience was far from what was promised. I was given a room with no view, and the $130 tour credit that was advertised as part of the booking was never provided. The hotel staff insisted that the credit should come from Expedia, and only at checkout — when I was already preparing to leave the city — did they give me a small voucher that was essentially useless at that point.

Terrific hotel. Great location, very cool vibe in the lobby w good music and portraits of Prince and Hendrix, and a very comfy bar as well as a sushi place. Had a problem w my a/c one night, they sent up an engineer at 8 pm who fixed it right away. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay here. The staff was super friendly! the room was clean and quiet. Was perfect for my business trip. I would stay here again on vacation.

Historical building which was great, but it smells strange. There was a moisture problem in our room which caused everything to be damp. The TV barely worked. Roman at the front desk was great when we first arrived. After check-in, he was rude.

The location was perfect and walkable to our points of interest. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. On day 2 we experienced an issue with the TV that could not be resolved. They assisted with a change of room that while still comfortable was not as updated and a little more cramped.

Excellent service

I loved the decor. The hotel was very clean and the the beds were so comfortable. The location was safe and walkable. I would highly recommend it and would stay there again.

Absolutely amazing. This will be my go to place when I am in New Orleans which is quite often. The hotel is beautiful and the penthouse suite is phenomenal. The bed, shower and all of the amenities are second to none. The staff are very professional and polite. Thank you Hotels.com and International House Hotel for a great visit.

Great boutique hotel. Good rates and great location

This is a great hotel. It’s not the fanciest but it’s not run down either. It was comfortable, clean and in a great walking location to everything.

Great bar. Good rooms.

Absolute no amenities. Would not supply water to room. Old cabinet as tv furniture. No Operating refrigerator. No available spa. TV turned off by 3:00 am morning of checkout. Brochure/website features where non existent. Other than period decor in lobby nothing positive about this hotel.
