Very pleased with accommadation-comfy beds, roomy, comfortable bathroom. Very pleased!

Location was great, close to 17 and st-laurent mall. Free underground parking and breakfast that is very reasonable. Staff was very pleasant.

Chambre propre personnel courtois. Mon seul bémol, la climatisation. C'est un système central nous n’avons donc jamais ete en mesure de baisser la température de la chambre en bas de 23 degrés et c'était tres humide. Il semble que ce soit parce que la climatisation centrale n’est pas en fonction puisque c’est l’hivers. Je m’attendais seulement que lorsqu’on inscrit que l’hotel soit climatisé, a pouvoir ajusté la température de la chambre. Ma famille et moi avons bien mal dormît

Bathroom floor needed a good cleaning

Stay here several times each year and we are thankful for this very nice hotel with wonderful staff.

Loved this hotel; would def stay here again! Bed & pillows comfy. Great breakfast! Hilary the breakfast attendant lady really loves her job & it shows; don't let her go! The only thing that could use improving is pool temperature; was kind of cold for a heated pool.

Although busy check in, staff were attentive, helpful, and wait was not long. The underground parking was full and parking for drop offs was full but outside lot was at least close.

Easily accessible from the highway, parking in front of the entrance while you check in. Free basement parking included, spacious parking bays. Direct access from basement parking to hotel. Spacious clean room with Queen size beds, most comfortable mattresses. Really handy and practical wet bar, very convenient. Lots of power plugs and USB adapters creating a variety of charging stations in the room. Really good and delicious buffet breakfast, lots of variety, inclusive in the room price. Feels like home away from home. Worth every dollar you spend.
