System was down when we arrived. Where put in a room that didn’t match the reservation. Had to be moved. Stayed 3 nights. Didn’t receive cleaning in day 2. Had to find someone to provide clean towels. Not enough underground parking as hotel seemed full. Had breakfast 1 morning. Skipped the other two days. Seating is inadequate when hotel is full especially with a lot of families. Toast, cereal and juice fine. Hot food was not good. Sausage patties looked grey and eggs tasted like water. Room is large, clean . Plenty of space for 4. Mattresses r ready to be changed. Squeaky.

Great stay at the Hampton Inn by Hilton Ottawa. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and a very convenient location. The complimentary breakfast and free parking make it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travel. Highly recommended.

Had an excellent 5days stay. Breakfast was great and had plenty choices. Would recommend to others.

The hotel was clean the bedrooms the pool and everything. My only note would be to include in the breakfast an option of meat for people who don’t eat pork. There was only pork sausage available.

The room was nice and pretty spacious. Very clean. The staff that we dealt with were all very friendly especially the kitchen staff. There’s always coffee available and a water refill station. Overall a good spot.

Just perfect. Very nice clean room. Excellent-high class breakfast with nice people helping around, especially the lady doing the waffle. Very respectful and wonderful vacation spot.

We had an excellent stay in Hampton Inn. the room was clean, staffs were helpful in carrying out luggage. The Elevator was under maintanence for our stay so, we had to use stairs, but I believe it was just a one off day. recommended to go again.

Mahir and Sam were wonderful. They were friendly, helpful, and truly customer service–oriented. They made the experience pleasant and were willing to assist in every way they could.

Hotel was clean, rooms were modern and updated. Room comes with mini fridge, microwave, keurig, and small sink at coffee bar. Our room, had two queens and a full bath tub. Pool was small, but did the trick. Nice to have secure underground parking. One elevator was out of service the duration of our three night stay. We used the stairs, waits for elevator was long. Breakfast was a typical hotel meal. Cereals, yogurt, breads/bagels with toaster, waffle maker, eggs, sausage and juice. Coffee/ tea available 24/7.
