The front desk manager try to charge me an additional $75 31 minutes after we checked in. He told me it was my fault not his fault and I told him if I don’t get a refund, I will be calling the police and my credit card company. He finally refunded me an hour later. Definitely would not stay there again.

This property is old and needs refurbishment. Dark and dingy and run down. Room was clean but dark. Bed was good but had sharp metal supports that scraped ankles.

Pool was closed for repair without prior warning. Not enough supplies in kitchenette Linens were clean.

The breakfast during the week was not always stocked

The check-in attendant was very nice and helpful and even checked in on me later on in the evening to make sure everything was OK. Room was nice and clean and it was easy to get to the motel from the highway.

Some lights in the room flickering, paint peeling above bathtub, and a semi- broken lamp switch by the bed. Rome was comfortable and clean but could have been maintained better.

I thkought for the money I paid it was very very cheap for what we got.the front desk person trued to help the best he could .

The Pictures show on the Site does not really Portray the actual facilities in the Property. But its Cheap and clean enough

You had to go outside for breakfast to another room.

There was hair in the bath tub other then that it was great

Mattresses uncomfortable. Property would not allow long distance calls even with a credit card on file to cover expenses and a $100 deposit taken to cover expenses. We will not return to this location

Rooms were clean with all the amenities but the property itself looks like it could use a small refresh. Hotel is exactly what you need for a quick in and out. Didn’t love the quilting on the bed, the blankets/covers felt too thin but it’s just a matter of personal preference.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. It would have been helpful, though, if I had been told about the housekeeping schedule during check-in. A broom and dustpan would have been helpful since we tracked a lot of dirt into the room during the winter and daily cleaning was not provided. Also, there was no mat to wipe our feet at the entrance, which would have reduced the tracking of dirt. It was great having a kitchen for meal prep, but the faucet needed tightening and a baking sheet would have been a nice addition. Bathroom was clean, but shampoo and conditioner containers were so small that we went through at least one a day, leading to lots of unnecessary plastic usage. Sheets also need to be replaced with new ones. I was pleased with the amount of space and the comfort of the beds. The big muffins for breakfast on the weekend were a hit! Pickings were slim, but feasible for a gluten-free diet.

We bookwd the jacuzzi suite. Very impressed & very clean

Great stay comfortable beds

The hotel and room was good. The only negative is the room was not really serviced during the 2 day stay. All good if you like to do some light housework make your own bed ect.

Didn’t get his name, but front desk person was extremely helpful when I wanted to get a couple of things printed.
