Firstly no sofa bed was set up, Neither pillows or blanket is been put for third person. Staff wasn't look that much pleasent. Also charged 25 pound for parking which was not mention when i was booking. If a propert is call hotel it means they must a parking for car which should be free. This is another scam that you have to pay for your night stayy and also pay for your car as well. Monrning breakfast was awful. Not happy at all

Receptionists stood outside smoking in the middle of the night.

Easy reach for the N.E.C.

The Little Owl pub next to the hotel was excellent.

Everything was straight forward. Breakfast stuff tidied up just a bit too early

Was a nice room, staff was helpful

Bed was uncomfortable, there was a cold draft and a lot of noise from the window even though it was firmly closed. Staff were friendly, location good for the NEC. Restaurant looked typically cheap, but pub next door was good.

Breakfast was good

Good points are friendly staff, handy for NEC, breakfast was ok with enough variety and room was clean overall. Not so good points, the room is tired, cracked and wobbly tiles on shower room floor, shower door didnt shut properly making it a but more of a squeeze, air con unit is right above the bed so had to turn that off. But all in all its functional if you are at an event at the NEC and there is a great pub next door - highly recommend that!

Good place to stay. Excellent for N.E.C.

Was a bit dissapointed with the attitude of the manager when we was not aware that there would be a charge for the car park, on top of the fee to stay, should be clearer on the booking, the attitude of the manager was a little rude too, I’ve stayed at holiday inns before and never had to pay for parking so won’t be going there again due to the additional charge, it’s expensive enough staying there close to nec (due to family disability we thought would be easier to be closer to nec) won’t be going again because of this, had a better time in another holiday inn further away a lot more friendly, saying that the food was lovely there and the place was clean and tidy. Also the code to get out of the car park was a bit weird, I’d understand to use it to get in but out was So odd.

Bra hotell, bodde här för att besöka NEC, det går bra att promenera dit, (tar ca 15-20 minuter) om vädret tillåter. Mycket nöjd med städningen av rummen, bra frukost (yoghurt, bär, 4-5 olika müsli och flingor, äggröra, bacon, korv, bönor, stekt tomat o hashbrowns, bröd att rosta, olika marmelader, juice och kaffe/te). Trevlig personal.

Staff very friendly, easy to get to, breakfast excellent.

Great location for visiting the NEC. Lovely hotel, clean and spacious with friendly staff. Our room, a basic double, was clean and roomy, great shower. Good Wi-Fi. Good breakfast and a good variety of choice for evening meal. Also a pub within minutes walking distance. Great value for money.

We had a couple of issues that were completely down to us. My daughter is disabled and we needed an extra room card and she then locked herself out accidentally. The staff were brilliant. I always say that you can tell a hotel by the way they react to a problem and it was definitely the case here. They went above and beyond. The breakfast was lovely plenty of choice and all the food was nice. It was extremely clean and the guy doing the clearing up was really efficient and he had a great personality.

I thought that they were very respectful towards customer needs, nothing was too much trouble. Good breakfast, paying for parking was a little too much, but I suppose the cost goes to maintaining the property.

Room was cold and air con system did not heat it up at all and was extremely noisy. Had the towel acting as a blanket!
