Fabulous night in Cleveland. This hotel is a historic building - it used to be a bank and the charm and elegance of the main lobby reflect that. The elevators are a bit small, historic you know, but the soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, and beautiful draperies make up for it!

I was met at the front door by a guy from valet said it was five dollars to park my car check my bill after I get up this morning and they charged me $50 to park my car. I was supposed to pay one 5746 for my room they charge me 207 45. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn express again.

The property was an an older building and needs a little bit of updating a few rust spots here and there. The staff of the hotel were excellent and concern with helping me in anyway if I had any questions. The valet parking was excellent and they were very friendly and helpful. The hotels located in an entertainment district with plenty of eateries and taverns and nightlife, as well as more top end restaurants. It was close to the Progressive field, which I wanted to see. Relatively safe area with a few panhandlers here and there, but a lot of SECURITY is around.

Stay at this property Holiday Inn express in downtown Cleveland was a good experience. Close to all entertainment and eateries and taverns. Close to Progressive field within walking distance as well as the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, helpful, friendly, and bend over backwards if you had any problems. Only complaint I had was a strong smell of marijuana on the fifth floor. The valet was super helpful when I was having trouble finding my keys, which I misplaced inside the car somewhere and I certainly appreciate all his help and concern in this matter I will definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Chose this hotel because of a near by concert. This hotel was in a great location! The bed was super comfy and the room was huge! We were able to valet the car and walk to the venue from our hotel.

Hotel was close to all the things that i wanted and the room was amazing. The air conditioning must have been broken, i was up all night sweating and while eating breakfast was sweating as well.

Valet trashed my vehicle and stole from me all i got was an apology. No compensation no accountability unreal noone seemed concerned except the valet driver who returned the vehicle to us and waiting with us until management arrived.

The front desk staff was more than accommodating and very appreciative of our stay. Breakfast was delicious and had a very friendly and attentive staff member working as well. Overall our experience was fantastic and we will return. Thank you!

I will never stay here again. $40 per day for parking! The building is very dated and even on the 6th floor I could here sirens and yelling all night. The staff seem like they don’t want to be there. The valet is understaffed and no one answers the phone. Awful place
