Nice room

Property is pretty old and limited food options around the hotel. Most restaurants are at least a 20 -30 min walk away.

Parking was rather expensive

I like the view ftom where i was at,it was nice. I dod not like the mattress i think they need to be upgraded

The hotel elevator to Parking is not working made the stay be inconvenient. The service is not satisfied other than providing shuttle bus. I called the guest service, I was asked to hold and I hold 15 minutes without any response. I called the guest service again and I was asked to wait again…

Heating unit in room was very noisy. While a bit dated, room was sufficient. Lobby needed some carpet repair and updating. Breakfast was very expensive.

Very disappointing for a Hilton property. Restaurant not open for dinner. Banquets in bar held together with gaffers tape, lighting fixtures have bugs in the globes and burned out bulbs. All spaces and rooms are in need of updates. Nobody told us you need to asked to have your room cleaned and get fresh towels

Items missing, not in stock, no guide for or menu for list of tv channel’s. Elevator not working on garage, but still have to pay 30$ a day.

First time staying and overall it was a good experience and we will definitely stay again! Didn’t like that breakfast was $25 and not $16 like advertised! Staff were great especially when we had to switch rooms! The free shuttle was definitely a huge plus!!! Plus having warm cookies was a nice treat!!

Did not like the fact that i was put in a adjoining room

I stayed at the Doubletree Cleveland with my three daughters for a dance competition at Huntington convention centre from Thursday to Saturday. Unfortunately, our experience was frustrating from start to finish. Housekeeping never cleaned our room despite multiple requests. When I inquired on Saturday, I was told service was by request, but after making one, nothing was done. At 9 PM, after two follow-ups, the front desk finally admitted housekeeping left at 3 PM. I had to go down myself just to get clean towels. The hotel is rundown and outdated. The restaurant wasn’t open for breakfast as advertised, and the on-site Starbucks doesn’t accept gift cards or the app. The shuttle driver was rude unless tipped, and the parking garage elevator was broken, forcing us to carry luggage up three flights of stairs with no luggage carts available. The staff seemed overwhelmed and indifferent. Overall, this hotel is poorly managed, understaffed, and not worth the price. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was very convenient! The staff were great! Very friendly and helpful! Clean, quiet and well maintained. The only negative was the garage elevator was out.
