So bad I had to cancel

The location of the inn is wonderful, with a good amount of nature, but also lots of restaurants and shops. However, it wasn’t the cleanest. The room had lots of random hairs and dirt, and all the towels I received (even the ones I got after I asked for new ones) had hairs on them. All the appliances worked great, but the refrigerator did constantly make random noises which would be inconvenient for light sleepers.

The place is a DUMP and staff are obnoxious

The price was great. There was a full fridge and stove top.

Where to begin! Ok first problem was the curtain that couldn't to closed. Spoke to front desk. Couldn't offer any solution. Then microwave in room is broken. Went down to front desk again, problem left unsolved. The towel has beige stains on them, the room smell cigarettes, the drawers of the tv cabinet keep on opening themselves! N there was no chair to sit on.

Everything was clean and tidy, just don't be fooled about breakfast because it's not breakfast, just coffee and biscuits.

Worst experience one can ever have on a long weekend. I booked my trip long ago and I was informed that my room is given to someone else when I am checkin in by some random employee at the reception. It was already dark outside. Worst service. on that long weekend, everything was super expensive and here they gave up my fully paid in advance reservation to other people.

Our room should have been listed as out of order. I find it very sad that someone actually cleaned that room and did not report any of it. The TV/remote was broken. The lights on the wall next to the bed were broken. The telephone in the room had the majority of the buttons taken off of it, and the toilet overflowed into the actual room.

The room was clean, but not in the best of shape. It should be explained in Expedia that this a hotel that people live in on a weekly basis. They are out in the parking lots, in the hallways. The pictures on Expedia do not show a realistic picture.

Was great

Bugs in room, dirt on pillow case, old kitchen It’s a bad first impression when there is a parking spot reserved for a cop at the front. They also do not offer cots to roll into rooms if you need it for another person Gross smells in hallways and room Gross looking shower

The property is not clean, smell bad as well. In fact, breakfast for them is coffee, tea and corner store muffins. Not recommended to anyone.

Average

We were offered rooms with not fresh bed sheets and towels, garbage on the floor, broken chairs and windows. We opted to leave the place without using it. We asked for a reimbursement, they said a manager will call us, but he never did.

It was a good deal. I felt safe. While not the taj mahal it was clean.

The toilet in my room was clogged when I first came in, got relocated to another room that had sticky floors, hairs in the bathtub and a mucky disgusting film on the kitchen top.

Price is expensive,double as silicon vally

Broken beer bottles in parking lot, shade in room needs to be updated.
