A hospedagem foi excelente, o quarto é bem espaçoso, é equipado com frigobar e cafeteira, a localização é muito boa e o café da manhã também é bem completo!

Lovely hotel, big comfortable room with two proper chairs (yay!) and surprisingly quiet. Easy to get to the Hauptbahnhof or Central in about 5 mins on the frequent tram service. We didn't know that the breakfast was veggie (although they did offer you the chance to ask for cold sliced meats if you wanted). Didn't bother us, but it would be good to know in advance. Our only complaint (and it's BIGGIE!) is the self check-in system and their poor communication about it. We received an email about it 2 days in advance, but we were already travelling and it was difficult to do anything online. I didn't have the apparently necessary Reservation number so couldn't do the online check-in in advance. I tried ringing the hotel and was told it "would be in an email". It wasn't. In the end we cut short our visit to Basel in order to get to Zurich and check in before 5pm when we thought we would be locked out because the Reception staff go off-duty. This turned out to be entirely unnecessary, as they could have given us a code to open the front door. All the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, but I think they don't realise that what seems to them a small, simple thing, can create panic for travellers when it's not explained clearly. During our week there, we encountered lots of other people with similar problems with check-in. Shame, because everything else was great!

It is about a 15-minute walk from Zurich HB Station; however, since the route is mostly uphill, taking the tram (Line 7) is recommended. If you have a Swiss Pass, you can board directly. A complimentary breakfast is included.

Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel in Ordnung und gut gelegen, das Frühstück ist ok. Im Zimmer war es wegen den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen sehr heiss, das vorhandene mobile Klimagerät brachte nicht die gewünschte (rasche) Abkühlung und war laut, unmöglich bei eingeschaltetem Gerät zu schlafen.

We stayed there for one night and it was not good for the price we paid.

Rooms ok. 20 min walk in to the old town. Uphill if coming from the train station. Reception only manned until 5pm ridiculous. Only online registration if arriving after 5pm. No idea how that works. Receptionist mentioned an app but no info about that when booking with external company. I would think that is important info to share before booking. Didn’t have breakfast as left too early. Would recommend you stay nearer The Old Town.

We did check-in with a front desk person which was much easier for us. The room was spacious, light and very comfortable. The breakfast was very complete and tasty, The only downside was that the elevator stopped working an afternoon, evening and departure the next morning. This did not affect us since we always walk the stairs. This would have been a challenge for disabled or infirm guests.

An excellent hotel in a pleasant location just outside the city centre. Friendly helpful staff - lift wasn’t working when we arrived but we were allocated a new room on a lower floor. Good breakfast and a great dinner at a local Italian restaurant

Bom café da manhã, mas precisa colocar tudo o que tem a oferecer a disposição dos hóspedes, que tem que ler um qrcode para saber o cardápio completo e solicitar o que não está a disposição. A limpeza do quarto era boa, mas no primeiro quarto que ocupamos, tivemos que limpar a parte de cima do armário. Pouco espaço para colocar roupas e calçados. Tivemos um problema no dia da saída. Conversamos com 3 pessoas diferentes sobre termos que fazer o check-out antes do início do horário do café da manhã para conseguirmos ter um saquinho com pães, frutas, manteiga, tudo misturado, como se tivesse sido jogado lá dentro sem o menor respeito. E o pior: nada líquido (suco, água, ou café). A atendente que o preparou mostrou má vontade. Inclusive enviamos por escrito para a propriedade nossa saída antecipada, que nos deu uma resposta automática, falando da realidade do outro hotel da rede deles que fica na mesma cidade.

The room was great and the free breakfast a real bonus with plenty of choice. The only downside was the levels of noise. I could hear the room next door using the bathroom and the person above me walking around. Thankfully the noise was during the evening and not at night, so I managed a good night's sleep in the comfortable bed. I would stay again but maybe take earplugs.

Das Frühstück war super, ein tolles Angebot und Vielfalt. Das Personal war super freundlich. Ein kleiner Knackpunkt war das extrem kleine Bad- es reichte - war alles vorhanden und sauber. Aber leider extrem eng und klein. Vielleicht hatten wir etwas Pech mit dem Zimmer. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und zu 99% weiter empfehlen.

Quarto grande. Banheiro grande. Tudo muito limpo. Excelente localização. Funcionária Ana nos atendeu super bem, tornou nossa estadia ainda melhor. Café da manhã excelente. Muita variedade e com produtos de ótima qualidade.

Very good location with tram very close. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast with coffee, fruit, lemon water always available. Rooms clean and comfortable.
