事前にtaxをカードで払ったのですが、その支払いができているかはっきりわからなくてチェックインできるか不安でした。また、ルームキーを自分でセットするのも分かりにくかったです。

Decent hotel for the area and price point

Easy to get to from station. Clean. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Bathroom too small.

一般的なビジネスホテルだと思います。家族で泊まるには狭かったですが、チューリッヒ中央部へのアクセスや金額を考えたら非常に満足です。 朝食付きの点もよかったです。

Not very clean, clogged sink, they didn’t service our room, terrible pillows. Lady at reception was nice but said she’d get maintenance to fix the clogged sink and didn’t, so not very effective. Breakfast was good.

Vom Hotel ist das Zentrum von Zürich gut und schnell zu erreichen. Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Doppelzimmer war ausreichend groß. Das Bad war sehr eng und hatte keine Ablage für persönliche Artikel. Das Frühstück war ausreichend aber mit wenig Abwechslung.

Hier wird am Personal gespart! Für so ein unpersönliches Hotel und leistungsarmes Hotel ist der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt! Keine Infos/Stadtplan vor Ort etc. Entgegen den Buchungsangaben ist die Rezeption nicht persönlich besetzt. Die anwesende Mitarbeiterin räumt nur den Frühstücksbereich auf, kümmert sich aber nicht um anreisende Gäste! Diese müssen einen komplizierten Self-check-in am PC durchführen. Den angekündigten Code zum Hotelzugang habe ich nie erhalten! Hätten mir nicht andere Gäste die Türe geöffnet . . . Frühstück wurde ab 9:00 Uhr nicht nachgefüllt. Nur eine Mitarbeiterin anwesend, diese hatte alle Hände voll zu tun, das Geschirr abzuräumen und konnte sich nicht um das kleine Buffet kümmern. Im ersten Zimmer war das Waschbecken so klein, dass ich es als Handwaschbecken bezeichne, die schiefe Ablagefläche direkt über der Toilette. Betten gut - jedoch ist die Tram von draußen so laut, dass mir keine ruhige Nacht vergönnt war. Preisliste in der Minibar fehlt. Personal - wenn eines da ist (Zimmermädchen) freundlich.

Room was hot at night, fan supplied was too noisy to run

The hotel was nice, but we got there after 6:00pm and the check in process was terrible. After I spent 30 minutes filling out a form on the computer, it failed. There was a phone next to the laptop with a HELPLINE, so someone did pick up and help me, but it was a pain after travelling all day. Other guests were telling me "good luck with that". The room was clean and the breakfast was okay and free with the room charge.

Nice European hotel steps from local rail and within walking distance to Old Town area of Zurich. Don’t expect a large US type room. Rooms and bathrooms are small, and they serve a traditional European breakfast- no bacon and eggs here. For the money, it’s a good hotel. If you’re looking for a larger brand, you’ll pay considerably more. I’d stay here again

Hotel location was very convenient by tram.

We loved how quiet the hotel and surrounding streets are. The beds were very comfortable. And, the area was conveniently located. The staff was mixed. Cristina was great, making good dinner recommendations, and affording an early check-in. Another staff member, said, at 6:30 in the morning, that “she wasn’t here yet”(?) And, when I asked her to send a postcard back to the US, with their next mail, she seemed very put out. So, I asked for it back, and sent it myself. Not a friendly face, first thing in the morning, and terrible last impression. But, overall, we liked the hotel.

Sehr zentral gelegen, Tramhaltestelle in der Nähe, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Phantastisches Frühstück. Sehr liebenswürdiges Personal. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Gutes Preisleistungverhältnis. Werde sicher wieder dort buchen.

The hotel doesn't have anyone on call in the evenings. Water were lukewarm, and TV didn't work, but there was no one to talk to about it.

Super hôtel. Merveilleuse chambre pour un 3 étoiles et bon buffet de petit déjeuner. Notre seul souci était le bruit que faisait des personnes dans l’immeuble d’à côté (déplacement de meubles/objets lourds un dimanche matin !))
