We have stayed at a few different Marriott hotels and they are typically amazing and this was no exception. Wonderful staff, clean room and comfy bed/pillows. Was easy to get more towels and other supplies when needed. Lobby and restaurant were gorgeous (although we did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot vouch for the food). We are also in love with the bathroom products - they smell so good and make waking up so nice!

Staff was friendly and helpful with the parking. The place is close to all the touristic places and activités we wanted to do. The place was clean and the room very beautiful

Great central location. Close to great restaurants and bobby pecorinos wine bar which was lots of fun

They cleaned our room once I called, but room had chocolwte crumbs on the bed and carpet next to the bed and a massive sticky patch in front of the fridge when we first entered the room. Definite ick factor

An extra charge for wifi is ridiculous

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und die Betten sehr bequem. Selbst unsere Tochter, die ein Sofabett erhalten hat, war sehr zufrieden, da es sich um eine richtige, dicke Matratze handelte. Alles top!

Very happy to choose this hotel for staying one night in Kingston. Location is right in downtown , couple of minutes walking to waterfront . Dinner in the hotel’s restaurant , foods are so good . The executive king room we stay is clean and comfortable with a nice view .

Staff was awful, so disrespectful, not accommodating. Just over all a bad experience. The marriott brand needs to do better.

First night was a problem as there was no hot water available in the room. They initially said that nothing could be done, but could provide us with a room just for showering that was 2 floors up. We insisted that we wanted a new room that night and didn’t want to deal with the repair crew the next morning at 8 am. Eventually they offered to change us to 2 rooms each with a king bed, from our original room with 2 queen beds. Also offered us M club access for the entire stay.

A lovely stay with my daughter to visit Queen’s. Hotel is central to downtown and walking distance to campus. No real amenities in terms of pool, sauna, hot tubs, just a place to rest your head.
