The hotel had re-opened as a different hotel a day before we arrived. No one cared to inform us of this. I had prepaid via expedia, only to notice that the hotel also charged me for my stay.

Très belle chambre, personnel agréable.

Les lits sont beaucoup trop durs, ce qui rend le sommeil difficile. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est excessivement cher pour la qualité offerte. Quant au déjeuner, il est préférable d’aller manger à l’extérieur plutôt que de payer 27 $ par personne.

Everything I asked for, polite staff, had a great stay

There were young hockey players everywhere - slamming doors, banging on doors, yelling, acting like the pool, hot tub and gym belonged to them. My stay consisted in enduring all of that and not enjoying my room nor the amenities.

The heater is super loud, and the sound insulation is pretty poor. Room door can't lock properly and shower room is leaking. And they have no rooms to switch.

L'hotel est en rénovation, alors il y a des odeurs très forte qui donnes mal a la tête. Gym fermé et piscine a heure réduite( et là, odeur terrible). Beaucoup de bruit. Frigo pas froid..

Bedding need to be replaced. Bed and pillow…

Couldn’t sleep. Kids were running around the whole night and nobody stopped them. Even after few calls.

A bunch of kids hanging out in the hallway at 11:30pm and their parents who were drinking from a cooler made for a disturbing night. Not restful.
