The hotel is very old fashion and the cleanliness was poor.

$22.00 to park and 2 of my 3 nights I had to park in the grass. They SHOULD NOT charge when you don't get a designated spot.

Unacceptable Experience - AVOID! Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare, marked by a complete lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for guest safety and privacy.From the moment we arrived, the check-in experience was cold and unwelcoming. There was no pleasant greeting or hint of hospitality.The real issue, however, arose shortly after we settled into our room. To our horror, another couple was assigned the exact same room and walked in on us while my husband, son, and I were inside. This was an egregious breach of our privacy and safety. Following this alarming incident, the front desk manager called our room and rudely demanded my last name before abruptly hanging up. When I called back to inquire what was going on, the same manager was incredibly rude and offered no apology whatsoever for the grave error. His only suggestion was to "talk to my manager tomorrow.The next day, no one bothered to call us. I had o wait a frustrating 15 minutes at the front desk just to get assistance. When I finally spoke with the manager, all I received was a simple apology – no compensation, no real acknowledgment of the severity of the security breach.I subsequently reached out to corporate via email, detailing the incident and expressing my concerns about the violation of our security and privacy. To my dismay, they also failed to offer any meaningful assistance or compensation. Given this appalling experience, I absolutely don't recommend this hotel.

The staff is cool except the older lady she was rude in person and over the phone .

Some of the staff were rude and acted as if they didn’t want to be there. Overall my stay was good.

Nothing was positive about this stay. Rooms were nasty. Mold and broken furniture. Stinks. Just horrible.

This is the 3rd Sonesta i have stayed at and this is the worst one. No microwave in the room, no working ice machine on our floor, could definitely use some renovations and, could use more welcoming front dest associates

DO NOT STAY HERE. I don't know where those 8 stars came from, but it is not worth the money. Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The lobby furniture looked worn and in need of a good cleaning. My room didn’t fare much better—stiff, grimy-feeling sheets and a bathroom that felt neglected. There was a towel stuffed into the vent, a mismatched toilet seat, and mildew on the bathroom artwork. The frame around the toilet entrance was rusted, and a poorly done wall repair with mismatched plaster made the space look even more run-down. The shower reminded me of a middle school gym—far from relaxing. To top it off, a used towel I left behind in the morning was still there after housekeeping had supposedly serviced the room. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.
