The staff very accommodating. Pool excellent and great restaurant

The service was great, however next time will def ask for a quieter location in hotel.

We really enjoyed the in-house restaurant, and the kids-eat-free deal was a great bonus. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that the pool slide was only open for part of one day and not available at all on the second day.

seeing an old building with graffiti on it, we thought we might be in a rough part of town.

Water slide hours were terrible

We’re in the lower level (1) and it was beat down. Very dirty feeling. Put us with all hockey teams but didn’t address the children running around screaming after I ask for them to address it. Just looked shocked someone would ask that. It was well after 10pm and doesn’t seem normal for children to be yelling and banging through the halls. Just cause I had a child with me doesn’t me I want to be by the hockey teams. Hotel is in rough shape. Needs a renovation on some floors. Main lobby is clean. Nice pool. And my daughter loved the slide.

I paid a lot of money for 2 night at the hotel. The first night there were kids and teenagers running up and down the halls until after midnight. Slamming doors and screaming, me and my kids got next to no sleep. On top of that, there were at least 20 to 25 pidgins outside of our room on the balcony making noises all night. I never would have book a room for those nights if I’ve known this was going to happen. I couldn’t be more disappointed.

We absolutely loved the pool and waterslides! Great value especially considering kids eat free! The room was great, no issues!

We loved it! Brought our Granddaughter in for the night and she absolutely loved the pool and water slide.

Online said $0 deposit to stay then when I got to the property to check in I got hit with a $300 deposit. Outrageous. If I could afford to be charged a last minute cancellation fee I would’ve cancelled right there and went elsewhere. Will not be back.

Dog poop on pool deck staff look and walked past called him back to clean it he was uniform staff not pool staff . Room carpets were filthy feet were brownish colour after shower from walking on carpet no socks on . Front desk never answers calls and got picked in elevator at one point unreal and I had to pay to stay here never again !!!!

Basement room was a little off smelling. Likely from damp conditions.

A problem with the heating that wasn’t working. Worse 2 nights ever

Check in was easy. Room was comfortable, however we couldn’t get the fan in the room to work on any setting. The location and on-site restaurant, East Side Mario’s, were convenient.
