Rooms were very good, nice and clean. Pool was excellent and staff friendly and helpful. Disappointed on first night that,we couldn't order food in foyer bar area but two nights later they were seving food there. Hotel has improved since we were there three years ago when it was very disorganised.

Reception area & bar area were lovely. Bar staff were excellent as was the bar food. We were VERY disappointed in our room in the Annexe. It was extremely small with little space to move between the beds. The Annexe itself was more like a hostel! We couldn’t believe that the room would not be serviced during our stay! The corridor leading to the Annexe was not cleaned for several days. The swimming pool was beautiful & the staff guy on reception was very nice. Our Grandson was very disappointed that the football park was not opened & in a state of disrepair. It was also disappointing that food stopped being served at the Funhouse at 4.30pm & the activities closed at 5 pm at Woodhouse. All in all, especially the room, we feel that we are due some reimbursement for our stay. In anticipation!

Apart from the one hour standing to register and the poor woman at the vheck in desk faced with a line of around thirty waiting did very well under the circumstances. We went for the buffet dinner which was well organised but the food was not very appetising .I had the Aberdeen Angus beef which was mostly fat and had to throw back as i was unable to cut it .The plates were snatched from you before you were hardly finished .But apart from the food no complaints .I would go again but not go near the buffet dinner.

The double cosy room is extremely small for 2 people and a dog and very tight space in the corridors when cleaning staff and trollies are out. Dog friendly but no water bowls anywhere around the hotel. Can’t believe Reception had a notice saying Back in 10 minutes when they claim service 24/7

Les chambres sont bien mais normales, rien de spécial. Mais le resort est vraiment incroyable, l’emplacement, le petit déjeuner, le sauna, le bar, la salle de sport… tout inclus à un prix magnifique. Vraiment vaut sont prix

Very dated rooms. Not enough plugs. No elevator. Sinks used plugs that stuck and were nearly impossible to dislodge. Pool closed early and don’t have good hours to for use. Restaurant was pricey. Food just okay. Would not stay here again.

Great relaxing atmosphere

Stayed for one night amidst a packed trip for two reasons - one to have a swim and two to hand a nice bath. Pool shut as I arrived - no details on website to suggest pool wouldn't be open. (Yes I could have gone at 730am for a swim but check out was 10am so I would have had to be back in room by 9 to get child up and sorted for 10am check out - no time!) Even though I booked a room with a bath - I was given an accessible room which was shower only. (Yes I could have gone back to check on but there was a queue, neither staff were speedy and my child didn't want me to go and make a scene so I respected his wishes). So- the two things I went for, I didn't get. Complete waste of time and money.

The staff were very nice and helpful. It was very family and dog friendly and I will definitely return. Lots of things to do and a very nice location.

My stay was fleeting, I didn’t use the amenities but everything looked provided for and especially families, there appeared to be lots to keep kids entertained. I only had need to speak with 2 members of staff, they were both professional. I didn’t have any food at the hotel, I chose to go into Aviemore for dinner and breakfast

Need to put more staff on at 3 when a lot of people are checking in. The young guy on reception yesterday was amazing and a credit to the hotel but the poor guy really could have done with managerial support to check people in quicker

If Carlsburg did Crossroads Motels. Staff on reception were under heavy pressure due to coach arrivals, maybe an extra person at busy times would help, otherwise couldnt fault it.

Everything was excellent including meals great value

Check in took 2-1/2 hours, absolute shambles 3 check in kiosk and one woman taking forever Breakfast is also terrible and not what is advertised

Stayed for one night. The room was very cosy and warm and clean extra pillows very nice shower also had dinner food was outstanding staff were very helpful and attentive to any request we had amazing big playground for kids spotless to pool gym. I couldn't fault this hotel staff will go above and beyond to make sure ur needs are met. Very very nice hotel they have everything u need overall it was the staff they were fantastic, very warming and polite family friendly pets to amazing place.also little arcades for the kids and bigger kids lol.

Nothing to complain about at all , great place to stay & central to all days out . Coming again soon & will book next size room up.
