we loved the place. even though it was not fully opened ,no place to get breakfast or snack . the pools were beautiful and clean . one thing that was a little scarey there were not many people staying there.but we will go back next year as long as they keep the price the same. I would put another chair in the room . no closet just hooks to hang your clothes very friendly

This place is a gem! I throughly enjoyed myself for their opening weekend. The owner P was amazing! Very hospitable and gracious. The property has two pools that are as deep as 9ft and as shallow as 3ft.The rooms are themed and decorated immaculately. A great stay all together.

This hotel is newly renovated. The grounds are lovely. The indoor pool is amazing and clean. The outdoor pool is gorgeous. Modern and comfortable outdoor furniture everywhere. We stayed in visionary room with our family of 5. Three kids-age 5,10 and 11. Perfect room. Felt spacious. Pull out queen was immaculate and comfortable. King bed was very comfortable. Lots of pillows and room is clean with lots of attention to detail with decor. TV Is well equipped when you’re ready to relax after a day of shopping, beach and pool. This hotel is near everything. Staff is very friendly and laid back. We used to stay at Freebird, which is their sister hotel. And that was always lovely. But this one is exceptional. And our new go to! For a fee you can get the cabana rental for outdoor pool area-worth it! And early check in and check out Highly recommend. Right now it’s the Yarmouth secret because it’s brand new renovated but no doubt this will be THE hot spot in no time. Restaurant not open yet but looks like it will be great. For now, they’re cool about food and drinks until their food and beverages are served. Truly a FABULOUS PLACE!! Loving every minute - outdoor and indoor pool are the highlights. Adirondack chairs that overlook small river too and area with outdoor games and fire pit. Perfect stay
