武漢国際空港と漢口駅それぞれへのアクセス良好です。ホテルの対応もしっかりして快適に過ごせました。建物と設備自体は多少古めですが、しっかりと管理されており問題ありません。

two issues : unique in China 1. the check-in counter does not have enough small changes, 2. hotel staff have a hard time to call me a taxi. it seems that everything is done through cell phone, but as a foreign tourist I don't have access to local cellphone services. I have to change money to pay for local expenses.

辦理入住手續迅速，房間整體清潔乾淨，但家具有些陳舊，枕頭很不舒服，太軟太低。健身室設備齊。離萬象城商場很近。

地下鉄3ラインが交差する香港路すぐ近くのホテルなのでどこへでも移動は簡単です。 安定した朝食、周りが静かな環境のホテルで快適に過ごせます。 武漢で間違いのないホテルです。

Conveniently located in a central area of Hankou (Xianggang Road), this is a nicely designed hotel, but it's seen better days. Don't get me wrong, it's still a good place to stay, but some work has to be done on cleanliness and style. I wouldn't say it lives up to the Shangri-La name.

Good location, room pretty clean and stuffs very nice, only one thing is a pretty old hotel.

The staff there are really helpful and willing to do extra for the customers. Wonderful experience and sure will stay again if I come next time.
