The hotel is fabulous and the food was really good too. The only small issue I had was the lack of explanation/clarity of the "reserve" option that has an exclusive access lounge and access to both swimming pools, instead of just the one.

My friends & I came for a relaxing break just to spend time with each other, decompress & relieve stress. We were able to do that here because the ambiance allows for it. All the neutral tones provide that calming feeling you'd want. The crowd is more...mature. Many were the basic European couple or family & it looked like they were of retirement age. As an observation, there weren't very many of us mixed variety guest in the 30's range aside from us & a speckle of others. However, we weren't going for a party scene & we had each other so it wasn't a big deal. Many nights they had a live band & the Entertainment Coordinator was great at hyping up the crowd to dance & enjoy the vibes. There are three restaurants that require reservations so make those in advance if you can. Also be mindful that La Graciosa has a tasting menu for dinner. The all you can eat had a pretty decent turnover of new food being replaced when it first opens but when they're about to close thats when you see the dregs of what's left. If I had to complain about that it would be some of the meats could be a bit more seasoned (more of a preference issue) & I would have wished they had longer time slots for each meal session instead of feeling rushed. I knocked off a star for the service is because: 1) we were not provided the rooms we requested but they tried to compensate by giving us access to both rooms. 2) We didn't get quality CS from Rafael at the Shack. I had to go request for it. We'd return though

Superb food. Exceptionally clean. Every member of staff consistently very good or above resulting in excellent customer service. Yoga instructor amazing. Gym good standard.

Nice and clean hotel. Introducing more activities would keep the hotel lively. It was too quiet at times!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff are fantastic so helpful and friendly. This was our second time at the hotel and both times have been fantastic. We took part in the various activities in offer which were great fun.

Nice hotel well situated on the beach. the weak was the pool which was not heated asd thus impossible to use ! first time in the Canaries Islands with a none heated pool (in a 5 stars hotel) The food was not at the right level and the buffet was not very varied and everything was cold We tried 1 of the special restaurant : La graciosa : Service was poor and the food really not good ! A good point : the Gym was very well equiped and very well situated on the beach. i took some personnal coach sessions which were very cool

Lovely hotel , clean comfortable rooms, Good choice of dinning options. Activities and entertainment excellent Plenty of loungers around the pool. Great for a peaceful getaway , would return and recommend

We are just got hone from a 6 night stay. Staff,food fantastic along with verything else the only down side was that the pool is freezing so couldnt go swimming. Which is the one thing i love doing.xx

It’s our second stay here, absolutely fabulous. Spacious and beautiful big hotel, service given is perfect and the sea view rooms, well what a view ! We will be back

Magnifique, établissement. D’une propreté. Impeccable. Avec un personnel souriant et agréable. Une Qualité de nourriture parfaite. Beaucoup de raffinement. C’est l’endroit idéal pour se reposer. Très calme. La promenade au bord de mer qui mêle paysage et shopping est très agréable. Le point négatif reste probablement cette jolie piscine d’eau salée qui n’est absolument pas chauffée. Et comme Lanzarote est une île où il y a beaucoup de vent. Se baigner relève du courage ! Mais les transats en quantité suffisante, vous permettent néanmoins de passer un bon moment, en sirotant des cocktails délicieux! à recommander pour un séjour relax et de haut standing. Encore merci à tout le personnel pour le travail fourni. Mention spéciale à Brian à la réception principale un jeune français qui Vous aidera dans toutes vos démarches. Bravo pour le service de conciergerie très utile. Merci à Véronica pour l’accueil.
