Clean and friendly staff

This is a nice place to stay; the hotel has plenty of amenities, a nice fitness center, clean rooms, and a very responsive staff.

The bed was a little hard. The hotel is very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Didn’t use the pool, but everything else was very good

The front desk staff was great. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel is located in a very convenient area with lots of food options close by. The breakfast at the hotel was meh, and the hallway on the first floor smelled musty, possibly because the indoor pool was near our room. We didn’t notice the shower head was pointed out into the bathroom so we flooded the bathroom floor the first night. The hotel could use a little TLC on the furniture and doors. Unfortunately, the towels felt like sandpaper.

the room was clean and comfortable. The blinds were not correct for the room, since half the blinds were floor length even though they needed to be above the heating/A/C structure. You could see holes in the blinds where people had obviously used safety pins to pull the blinds together so that you would not have all kinds of light coming into the room during the day and especially at night. Also, the dresser had nicks and gouges in it, which was low class. The waste baskets were under size, so inadequate. The room did not get cleaned. We could easily hear the people in the floor above walking around and some talking. The facility was clean and neat and the bed and breakfast selection was very good. Just seemed like the room was not being maintained to the same level as the hotel overall.

Overall a very good stay - was just a quick stopover on the way home. Hotel was clean, breakfast was hot and tasty, staff was very nice.

Overall it was a very nice hotel. Our room had a weird smell when we got there but went away quickly.

There were a few bugs that I saw in the bathroom. The room llooked worn in places... furniture and floor. I reported a huge crack in the window, it was already thst way. When i brought it up again, it was like they had never heard about it. They did nothing about it while i was there.

The bathrooms are a nice size and the showers are spacious. Enjoyed the stay.

Very nice and friendly staff

My room had this really funky odor. The elevator that wasn’t working when I was there in May still hadn’t been repaired. I’m not going to ever stay at this location again.

Our extended family has 5 rooms here this wknd, and all the beds aren’t just hard, but the mattresses are bad. We have all woke up with lower back pain, and very sore. Not slept well.

Horrid desk employees. You must feed them unhappy unfriendly and angry pills. The manager in the morning on of 8/22 I went to the reception desk and asked to have my room changed. Thee room above me, because of the plastic laminate floors the people were walking like they had cement shoes on. I had to wear ear plugs. Not ever in my life have I ever had to wear ear plugs in a hotel. in the staircase next to my
