We loved our stay at Mediterranean Palace, the facilities were modern and clean. We would definitely come back here.

Nos encantó el hotel en general la gente en recepción un encanto,pero me habría gustado que las actuaciones fuesen hasta un poco más tarde. Por poner un pero mejoraría un poco lo que es la calidad de la fruta, excepto el zumo de naranja que era natural y estaba buenísimo. El resto de la fruta era un poco insípida.Lo que no nos ha parecido bien es que tengas que pagar 20 € extra para ir a un gimnasio después de estar una semana hospedada en el Hotel a media pensión, debería estar incluido en el precio de los huéspedes.

This resort is ideal if you are looking for a family vacation with kids everywhere. Unfortunately, that was not our situation. Four adults traveling together and spent one night in southern Tenerife. The resort is very noisy, limited A/C in the rooms, showers flood the bathroom floors and overall, a miserable place on the inside. I need to note that we had two rooms on different floors and they both had the same issues. You are also charged to use the fitness facilities. On a positive note, the resort is beautiful outside, very conveniently located, and has a great breakfast. It’s worth spending more to stay at a nicer resort.

Absolutely brilliant hotel & great for kids. Breakfast was really good & no issues finding sunbeds. We will definitely be back.

Hotel ist ganz toll, die Lage super, rundum viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Zimmer schön, Betten sehr bequem und gross. Frühstück war gut, einiges wechselt, vieles jedoch immer gleich.

Wir sind komplett begeistert von unserem Besuch in diesem Hotel. Die direkte Strandlage auf der einen Seite und auf der anderen Seite all die Bars, Restaurants und Läden. Das Personal war super freundlich und auch das Frühstücksbuffet hatte für jeden etwas dabei und täglich auch Abwechslung. Wir werden uns beim nächsten Aufenthalt auf Teneriffa bestimmt wieder für das Hotel entscheiden.

Un cadre prometteur, mais des prestations décevantes L’hôtel donne une première impression très flatteuse : un bâtiment élégant, une piscine magnifique, un hall d’accueil chic et un personnel de réception particulièrement chaleureux. Malheureusement, cette belle vitrine ne reflète pas le niveau de confort et de service que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un établissement de ce standing. Les chambres sont très basiques : mobilier sommaire, un “lit double” en réalité composé de deux lits simples rapprochés (très peu confortable pour un couple), des toilettes qui ont posées un véritable souci de fonctionnent tout le long du séjour, et surtout une odeur désagréable à notre arrivée, laissant penser que le ménage est loin d’être irréprochable. Le non-renouvellement des serviettes dans la salle de bain a également rendu notre séjour moins agréable Côté restauration, le petit déjeuner se veut varié, mais la qualité gustative ne suit pas. Et que dire du bar, où les barmans semblent ne pas savoir préparer correctement des cocktails ou peut être invités à les couper à l’eau malgré des prix assez élevés. En somme, si le cadre et l’accueil laissent espérer une belle expérience, les prestations et le niveau des services sont loin d’être à la hauteur espérée ce que j’ai reporté mais qui n’a pas eu l’air d’avoir de l’importance..

They put me in a room that already had someone in, then the second one stinks and I had to ask to be changed finally for a room without an apology. And I just had a toddler and lots of luggage so was annoyed. Not exactly a 5 star experience ahahah the bathrobes were horrible don’t even try them on. Great location and great children amenities. Very small rooms. Very busy there. My toddler loved it, me not really. You get a real 5 star experience at the ritz. This is not a true 5 star.

It is a beautiful hotel. Hiwever we had a bad experience. We were on all inclusive but on our last day, my husband ordered the same drink he ordered every evening the waitress (short lady with glasses) gave him the drink and we walked away to sit in the outside sitting area near the bar. However she then came to us with a bill for the drink and we said we were all inclusive. She then informed us the drink she gave was not included in the package. She then took the drink & poured it down the sink and gave him the drinks menu and told him the ones
