Excellent location, very clean. Only draw back spa souna was little defficult to access due to no clear direction

Room was nice, bathroom needed attention, shower didn’t drain and leaked over bathroom floor. Stayed 3 nights, 2nd night - woken at midnight to a party/ event - ridiculously loud music and shouting, staff’s response at the time was “we know, there’s nothing we can do”. Given a bottle of wine from management, we don’t drink so gave it back to the bar. Bit of a walk from town in the heat with an 8yo, kept getting Uber’s…but frustrating as we stayed further out to avoid city noise and had it anyway.

Lovely hotel in a great location for getting into the city

A really lovely, smart, clean hotel with great amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff were so pleasant. WiFi superb, breakfast really great, beds super comfy and the air con worked well (you need it in Seville!). Only minor grumble is the lack of water stations, particularly in the gym, forcing you to buy water at a cheeky 3 euros for a small bottle (there are no close by convenience stores FYI). We will definitely be back again when next in Seville

It would be great if the hotel has coffee shops inside!

Très bel hôtel

The food at restaurant was not very good. The location is outside of the centre which good if you are driving but not if you aren’t. There are electric bikes nearby though. It has been renovated but in our room the cover for the shower was falling off and so was the electrical plug in that was in the bathroom.

Stayed here for a conference and it was great. Staff were lovely, very good at hosting the conference, super catering and service. Nice room.

Chambre spacieuse. Personnel très accueillant et souriant. Globalement bien situé même si loin du centre de Séville. Un buffet incroyable pour le petit déjeuné avec un choix comme j'ai rarement vu. Petit bémol, faire payer l'accès à la piscine chauffée contrairement aux autres hôtels de cette gamme. Il y a également une résonnance très importante dans le bâtiment surtout désagréable le matin lorsqu'il y a beaucoup de monde dans le hall du petit déjeuné, on peut entendre le bruit jusque dans la chambre. Il faudrait songer à des solutions pour "casser" cette résonnance. Néanmoins le séjour a été très agréable.

Very good hotel for a short stay but it’s distance from the City Centre is a negative as a taxi is required u less you are will to do a 40 minute walk each way. Also, the hotel could be a little more generous than providing one teabag each day.

Das Hotel an sich war schön von der Optik allerdings waren viele Dinge nicht richtig durchdacht , als wir ankamen hieß es um den beheizten Pool nutzen zu können müssten wir zu dritt täglich 36€ Euro dazu zahlen dann könnte man den Wellness Bereich nutzen ! Wir hatten dieses Hotel extra gebucht wegen dem beheizten Pool hätten wir geahnt das es zusätzlich zu zahlen gibt hätte man sich auch was anderes buchen können. Dann zum Thema „Wellness“ der Bereich soll der Wellness Bereich sein da geht man von Ruhe und Entspannung aus und möchte dies auch dort haben, aber dies war garnicht möglich da ja alle Eltern mit ihren klein Kindern dort waren weil es ja beheizt war und dementsprechend gefühlt alle Kinder dort waren und am schreien und spielen waren , dementsprechend war Ruhe fehl Anzeige was also einem übrig blieb war den normalen Bereich mit dem eiskalten Pool zu nutzen und so früh genug hin zu gehen da sonst alle liegen besetzt waren und man sich auf dem rasen legen musste obwohl man ja das Hotel mit liege gebucht hatte. Aber nur so konnte man dem Geschrei der Kinder im Wellness Bereich entkommen, wircwaten selber mit einem 10 jährigen da und ich habe Verständnis für Kinder aber es war irgendwann einfach nicht mehr schön und unter Entspannung verstehe ich was anderes. Ich hatte mir sogar eine 90 minütige Massage gebucht und konnte nicht wirklich entspannen da auch dort , also innen die Kinder und das Geschrei zu hören waren. Alles nicht wirklich gut durchdacht vom Hotel .

Excepcional . A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi a comida dos restaurantes.

Terrible experience. - First hotel we have ever stayed at that charge guests to use the pool. Unbelievable - Leak in the bathroom which was reported however no action taken by staff - Main door to the room scraping against the floor and wouldn't open properly - No youtube on the smart TV - Same breakfast every day with limited options - Requested a complimentary late check-out only for a couple of hours however this was declined

Hotel staff are very good, reception, pool and communal areas are all spotless and well organised. Our room was a bit tired and will soon need updating / renovating but the beds were very comfortable and a good size. Breakfast buffet was excellent although was very busy after 9.30am - but it was Santa Semana and therefore a busy time. Food in the other hotel restaurants was also very good.

Rooms were extra clean and great job from cleaning staff who kept our rooms clean everyday. Hotel property is clean and big away from traffic and hectic and just on right place to excess all the activities and tourists spots. Overall Resort is nice and family friendly Highly recommended
