清潔な客室、設備に関して言えば、ファイブスターホテルで中でもトップクラスでは、差異を見つけることは、難しくどこも大変満足する。ここでの滞在を特別なものにしたのは、何と言ってもお客様に寄り添う真摯な姿勢で、それがスタッフ一同に感じられた。

I requested a quiet room and they gave me a room facing the street which was extremely loud with non-stopping honking. The hotel and facilities were good.

The staff was extremely kind and accommodating, making us feel very welcome. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and he felt like a true king. The view was amazing and the decorations were top notch. Thank you so much!

Has to be one of my favorite stays ever, Staff (Asala and Mahmoud), the courtesy of every individual at the reception, the service and recommendations on things to do, the rooms, everything was top notch. Great quality of food at the Nauri restaurant as well, the recommendation (by Yahya) and even the drinks served were amazing. If there’s some hotel that I would come back in Cairo, it would be here!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was courteous and the hotel was beautiful. The food at the mall was delicious and economically priced. The view of the sunrise over the Nile from our room was amazing.

Great property and amenities. We were on a lower level, we asked to be moved to a higher level due to noise pollution. It’s Cairo after all ; lots of car horns honking constantly. Other than that the staff service is top notch. We tried several restaurants at the hotel. Our least favorite was le petit chef. But that’s a personal choice. The projection on the table was cute. But the food was not up to par.

Ha sido mi peor experiencia en un hotel, al llegar me conviertieron mi tarifa de expedia a su moneda en donde la convirtieron 10 veces la cantidad, sabiendo del problema, no la corrigian, no me regresaban el importe , les mande mas de 4 correos y una infinidad de llamadas, donde al final de mucho batallar y tener que regresar al cairo despues de mi crucero me regresaron el dinero en mi cuenta de Amex , el peor servicio administrativo y con malas intenciones, Sería el último hotel en recomendar en El mundo

Camera 2012 eccellente (vista Nilo e piramidi), piscina, spa, 4 ristoranti. Unica pecca spa separata maschi/femmine ma non credo dipenda da loro.

The hotel is very nice with very attentive staff and is located right next to a shopping mall.
