We had a spacious room in the main house and made use of the Spa facilities and drinks in the bar. Looking forward to returning

This place was fantastic!

Very old building, yet very charming. Many small sitting areas to read and to relax and they are really very cute. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. The staff are very helpful. A great experience for me.

I think its very over priced for what it is. Feels like the rooms need an update. There was no dressing table i had to sit on the floor to use the wardrobe mirror. Pillows too soft. Food in the james martin grill was poor very disappointing. Felt a bit let down as it was a treat for my husbands birthday and our anniversary.

The breakfast menu made basic accommodations for gluten and dairy free. More selection for bread/pastry and different yogurt would be wonderful!

Beautiful historic coach house in the middle of the most beautiful part of the Cotswolds. Room was large, food at James Martins tavern was superb and the staff were fantastic, especially Jason who greeted us on arrival and the waitress Gina at breakfast who was so welcoming, friendly and nice to my 3 yr old son. Will definitely be returning. Hopefully for Christmas.

Quite a busy hotel as on the high street so open to the general public. We had to queue for breakfast on our 2nd morning at 9.30 and the breakfast items wasn’t replenished with still one hour of service left. The Grill restaurant was good but we were very disappointed with the food in The Tavern and would expect a better standard with James Martin’s name endorsing it. Our bed was very comfortable but I felt overall the room was lacking a bit of sparkle for the cost of the stay. Broadway is a beautiful village and we enjoyed the 10km walk upto Broadway Tower.

Beautiful hotel, real character and an amazing location

A shame breakfast not cooked to order. Impressive dining room, just avoid tables on a through- route. Well staffed all great at up-selling. Had a room in the main house which had difficult access to the bathroom, especially at night. (Three narrow steps up). Check in/put very smooth. Comfortable lounge areas

The staff were so friendly and also excellent with our dog!! Great place and would recommend. We also really enjoyed the breakfast too!

Très bel hôtel, personnel très accueillant. Seul bémol : le petit déjeuner n’est pas bon.

Everyone was super friendly, absolutely perfect for dogs. Everyone appeared to have treats on them. Places for dog to run around safely. Beds were comfortable and rooms dark, slept well. Food great, spa lovely and clean. Massages were amazing. We went for our minimoon and only the weather would be made it better.

Our room was beautiful in the hotel , staff were fantastic , wished me a Happy Birthday with a card & chocolates in my room. Our food in the Grill for lunch & breakfast was delicious . 10/10
