It wasnt bad, served the purpose. The room i was in definitely needed some tlc. Bed was comfy tho, and ac worked good.

There was a pair of dirty mens underwear in the bathroom behind the door, the a/c smells like dirty feet, the door doesn’t close completely, the tv remote doesn’t work, and the train tracks are about a hundred yards away.

I got bit up on my arm by bugs in that room bed bugs bite. Yeah i won't return back there.

The room was not as shown online. It was very dirty with stains on the furniture and the bedding was stain gross. Had to sleep on top of covers. If it wasn’t for other hotels being booked up around for the competition we was attending we would have left.

When i checked in at the front desk the key i was given wouldnt open the room door so i go back to the desk was given another room & key. Get in that room to find a semi working toilet, bed beg tra es on the bedding & roaches everywhere even in the bed, it was horrible the amount of roaches in this room. Needless to say i sleept in the office chair for about 2 hours then went to take a shower to wake up & get back on the road & was met w more roaches! I will not be back for sure

Room conditions need improvement. Bathroom ceiling was cracking, room smell packed down, walls are nasty…time for a remodel.

The rooms were nice, but they need deeper cleaning in bathroom, back side of door . Try walking through your rooms with black light. I do because I check for bed bugs. Staff (Linda) very nice and helpful.

The check in process was fast and efficient. I was greeted warmly and given my key. I went to the room and the property was nice and clean. I went to the room and as soon as i opened the door i was greeted by a nice clean smell and things on the carpet. I walked and did my usual check for bedbugs and such and nothing which was good. Sheets and bedding were clean. However, the rag they used for the mirrors and tv and coffee pot must have all been cleaned by the same rag for it left the same smudgy haze on the hardware of the coffee pot and the mirrors as well as the tv. The window was just plain nasty with bugs and that haze all over the window. Bathroom was clean however the shower had no pressure, and it did have a turn dial for the tub but that didn't work so a slight dribble, and they must be saving on the hot water for it was only uke warm. Being that this was a hotel by Wyndham I expected better. I should have stayed over at the Holiday Inn they just opened. I won't be staying at another Wyndham that's for sure.
