I stayed here during a moving transition it's very quiet place staff is super friendly it's very clean highly recommend

My room had a terrible smell that was pretty much present throughout the whole property. The breakfast was okay on the first day but on the second day they had very few options including no oatmeal. The internet was pretty slow particularly when trying to use Netflix on the tv. The phone in the room had no cord. The pillow was flat. The water was barely hot enough for a bath.

Stayed a week room never serviced Evan after request for clean towels didn’t get them.They were housing 15 van loads of people No service for sidewalks and parking lot after snow events.whole place smells of marajawana Glad to be out of there didn’t feel safe

Love the convenience of having Wal-Mart so close and the option of the kitchenette. I generally stay there once to twice a year.

It was on a very large group of people came after I’d been there for a few days and I believe they were from out of state probably here to smoke weed because if you were outside when they were there that is all you could smell they were definately close that 25 feet from door and to me that smell is disgusting and they also took over the complimentary breakfast

There was a man screaming since 4 in the morning. I tried to call the front desk and the phones were not working. The facilities were very damaged.

Front desk staff, Kelly and Manager, were very helpful in securing the best rate for my extended stay.

We stayed for two nights for but room service was not offered. but linens were provided. Stay was comfortable. Although it's hot breakfast, there were not many options as Marriott hotels..

Maids tried getting me and my family kicked out because they were mad about cleaning our room and changing rooms to get a clean room. The head maid put a block on me and my family to get us kicked out because have had to clean and do her job she was hired for. We never damaged the room just used it like normal for my family of four with children.

The property is run down and dirty. One of our pillows had a blood stain on it. Won’t be returning, for the price there are much better hotels in the area.

Nice safe place to stay. Some parts of the building are a little worn down (elevator). Bathroom needs to have paint cleaned up. I would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Townsuites in Broomfield. The staff was super nice and accommodating. Everything was well maintained and the breakfast included at nice variety of hot amd cold items. We had to shorten our stay due to covid illness and the manager was very understanding making our early departure less financially detrimental. We would definitely consider staying there again on our next visit to the area.

One night the fire alarm tripped and ruined my sleep

Bad hotel. Staff downgraded the room I booked without notice. Tried to get me to accept lesser accommodations for the same price. Hotel staff is not helpful. Their actions ruined the trip for my family.
