Sehr freundlicher Check-in, Kofferservice. Unser Studio hatte Meeres - und Friedhofsblick, es war sehr groß modern, sauber, ruhig. Der Perlator Waschbecken bräuchte eine Entkalkung, Wasser spritzt in alle Richtungen. In der Dusche wackelt die Armatur- Abdeckung. Dinner Bar: gut. Service hervorragend. Frühstück: Empfangsdame zu keinem Lächeln bereit, Service am Tisch aber sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Großes Süßwarenbuffet, wenig offener Käse, nur marinierter. Toastbrot kommt erst mit der Bestellung des warmen Gericht

The views are stunning, and the location is perfect for hiking. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast! I highly recommend this place for families, couples, and solo travelers alike.

What an incredible property. It was the exact respite we needed after a few arduous days of exploring the beautiful Irish countryside. We were able to rest and recharge for the remainder of our travels.

Wonderful, luxurious stay. We were looked after so well by the staff who are really attentive, thoughtful and helpful. The concierge, John, was brilliant throughout and ensured we made the most of our time in Killarney. Lunch in the restaurant was delightful, there are fabulous views. Breakfast was a great showcase of local delicious produce and a lovely experience.

The Hotels is in beautiful location overlooking the lakes and mountains.As you enter the hotel you are met by the most helpful reception staff and the decor of the hotel is incredible. The comfort and quality of the accomodation was more than perfect. Restaurants and bars over look the views and encourages you to switch off and relax. The pool and sauna overlooks the scenery also. Overall the hotels and surroundings are spotlessly clean and tidy all of the time. Staff are extremely helpful,chatty and efficient. I left a flat cap in the hotel which the hotel posted back to me extremely promptly. Everything about our 4 night stay was pure perfection.

'Thermal suite' was a sauna and a steam room with basically no steam. One of the worst thermal suites i have been in. The hotel is clearly not maintained to a 5 star standard. Very disappointed. No proper bar in the hotel either, which was very strange. You could get a drink at your dinner table. The room was very nice and clean however. Again, this is a decent 4 star hotel at best, but charging 5 star prices. Won't be returning.

Lugar incrível, com vista belíssima. Quarto confortável, piscina muito boa, restaurante gostoso. Café da manhã muito muito bom! Recomendo demais!

The staff were lovely and the food was absolutely delicious. We got a free toom upgrade which was a really thoughtful touch and was so appreciated. Some recommendations- the room was a little cold and took some time to heat up. As well as this, the temperature of the swimming pool was quite cool ttoo.
