La struttura si presenta bene esteticamente e anche dentro è nuova e pulita. La camera piccola, ma con bollitore e macchina per il caffè espresso, pulita e in stile moderno. Unica pecca il letto 'matrimoniale' che è piuttosto a una piazza e mezzo. La colazione buona, considerando che è gratuita, e non manca niente. Personale molto disponibile, gentile e preparato a rispondere alle richieste dei clienti. La fermata della metro poi è veramente vicinissima e la zona top, piena di servizi e con strutture caratteristiche inglesi. La consiglio vivamente.

If you choose to stay at the Edwin hotel, make sure you ask not to stay in the basement. I would love to have had my money back. I paid US$240 to stay in a small cubicle that felt like a refrigerator freezer storage unit. The bed was rock hard with springs. And it hurt my hip replacement. And it hurt my good hip. It was impossible to sleep. Staff was entirely unhelpful. There was a window that opened up at underground level you could see a little bit of sky, And I couldn’t leave the window open because anyone else staying in the basement could easily have crawled in : so as two single women traveling, we felt unsafe. I asked for my money back, but Edwin management said no. This was the worst service I’ve ever received in the most uncomfortable and unwelcoming hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. And unsafe! Never will stay here again. That’s $240. I’ll never get back. It was a total waste of money. Ouch!

Lovely, newly refurbished hotel, room spotless and very stylish, friendly staff, very nice breakfast and great location

I booked the double compact room for a work trip in London, and it exceeded my expectations. the price for the room was very cheap in comparison to other hotels in the surrounding area, which was great. the room was clean, spacious, modern and had great amenities. the staff were helpful and accommodating to any needs, and it has great transportation links, as well as lots to do in the surrounding areas. There is also free breakfast with a connected garden area in the mornings which was a nice addition. Do be wary that the Wi-fi is not perfect but it didn't really become a major issue for me as i was out most of the day. Other than that, I would definitely re-book here and recommend.

Mysigt hotell, vi åt frukost på bakgården. Lugn gata utanför. Sängen saknade bäddmadrass, så hård att sova på.

Wonderful hotel! Everything was perfect, I loved how clean the room was, everything was was new and well cared for, I also loved when we checked in the room was nice and cool and spelled of peppermint which was just delightful after a long flight and walking around in the summer heat! Definitely will stay again next time I’m in London!

Room had AC (air condition) that you could regulate yourself. Seemed to be working perfectly fine, and we slept well in a cool room. There was no heatwave when we stayed here though, so can't tell how the AC will perform then.

The hotel is in a really convenient location, very close to Earl’s Court Station. There are plenty of pubs, restaurants, cafés, and places to eat nearby. The room was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed regularly. The air conditioning worked amazingly well and kept the room nice and cool. Overall, I was very happy with the location and my stay.

Great hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. Nice bathroom. Air conditioning worked well. They have a beautiful outdoor space with tables and chairs. Close to earls court station. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location and very friendly and helpful staff. It is very clean and we had a great sleep. Breakfast was also really good with a lovely outdoor area to enjoy it. Would definitely recommend staying here.

La zona muy tranquila y segura, el hotel limpio en general, pero la habitación tuvo varios detalles. El personal no fue tan amable y en muchas ocasiones parecían regañarte. La chica que que realizaba la limpieza de habitaciones fue muy amable.

Super location! 3 min walk to Earl's Court Tube station and several coffee shops and restaurants- Quaint, quiet and clean- The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very much enjoyed breakfast! Great choice!

This was a fantastic property and felt very "boutique". Perfect loacation. The room was clean and airy with just about everything we needed. Would have been great to have a small bar fridge though in the room

Spotlessly clean. Made to feel welcome. Helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Good location near the underground station and restaurants for evening meal. A perfect stay in central London.
