Ótimo atendimento

The room was spotless, housekeepers and all staff were very friendly. Housekeeping was done daily. The amenities were modern and the towels and rags were brand new and spotless. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel

Muy buen hotel súper lindo lo recomiendo al 100 % imagina caminar una cuadra y estás en la abadia y ves el Big Ben y el London eye. Excelente ubicación nos encantó una estancia muy corta de 2 noches pero sin duda regresaremos.

If you enjoy the hot water, this is not the right place for you. If you like to wash with freezing water or step on freezing bathroom floors or love the efficiency of a non-working AC system, then you have found a gem. That’s all.

He estado 5 veces en Londres y esta fue mi primera vez en St Ermits Hotel. Sin duda alguna en mi próxima visita me quedaré con ellos, Todo fue excelente , La atención del personal fue tan buena , se esforzaban por hablar en español , Todos fueron muy atentos , La comida deliciosa , la ubicación inmejorable, Las camas muy cómodas , Todo absolutamente todo estuvo maravilloso.

Love this hotel, has a very warm personal feel to it plus has great history to discover.

Unfortunately a couple things didn’t work in the room but staff was accommodating and we were well taken care of.
