Staff was excellent. Parking was close and safe. Breakfast was good with staff very attentive to keeping everything refreshed.

Good location, nice pool and hot tub

The hot tub was down when we got there, but fine our 2nd day. The breakfast staff was outstanding. Our room was nice, and bed was comfy.

Nice hotel in a quiet area with everything nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and functional rooms. Very good breakfast with gym and swimming pool. Will stay here again.

Nice, big, clean rooms, breakfast was great and the ladies kept it full, close to the airport and easy access to the hwy.

Little slice of heaven outside the big city life. Room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was included in the price. Amazing!

Really great place to stay with families. Good breakfast with lots of options. Wonderful pool that is heated and open long hours. Good location and safe. A good affordable option.

I really enjoyed that the pool did not have a slide, since i was outnumbered by little kids this lessened the fights and drowning potential. I wish they vacuumed more thoroughly, and had better shower heads. The location made it easy to get to the zoo and out of town.

The room was big (sitting area, and bedroom), and was clean. However, it was stuffy and had a faint smell of smoke (I'm assuming from before it became a smoke-free hotel?). I opened up the windows and turned up the fan to air out the room to air it out, which helped somewhat. I never did sit in the front room because of the stuffiness, so it was kind of a waste of space. I was told ice was on the first floor, so I had to go down three flights. If the room had been closer to $200, I would have rated it 4 stars, but for $280 (tx incl), I give it 3 stars.

It was good! The pool was warm which was nice too.

The room is smelly upon entering. The bed linens probably had not been replaced because of some items left on the bed like used prepaid card. The sofa was smelly at quite dirty. The tissue rolls were not replaced with new ones (left over).

When we first got there, the girl who checked us in, was nice. The following night, we went out, on the way in the guy was rude at reception, he didn't even said hello when we went in, he only looked at us, and went on to whate6he was doing. The ladies at breakfast are so nice, and very helpful.
