Hotel was amazing, parking is only valet and the breakfast isn’t worth it but there’s a breakfast place nearby which is perfect. Will definitely come back

The staff were incredible!

Overall a great stay. Good location easily walkable to a number of areas. The only issue we had was cold water two mornings for the shower. The water never got warm. Addressed it to front desk staff bit remained unresolved.

Parking was expensive and the valet was slow. The air conditioning was intermittent at best. Otherwise the stay was great! The location was very convenient.

So disappointed, do not recommend:( We've actually been to this hotel before and it was great. It checked all the boxes for a weekend getaway vibe. I reserved 8 months in advance. I even received reminders from the hotel the week prior. We got there around 7 pm on a Friday night in a complete downpour. Upon arrival we were told they were overbooked by a third party and that they had switched us to Chateau Versailles across the street. We had pre-paid and were led to believe that we had no choice and it was not refundable. (We ended up staying at the Chateau Versailles because double paying was not an option for us, and finding a hotel room at 7 pm on a Friday after a four hour drive would have been ridiculous). Our fun hotel getaway ended up at a hotel with wall to wall carpet, no elevators (we ended up on the top floor), a bathroom the size of a closet with a shower curtain and no fan, AC that was non existent and no kitchen area. No parking either, so it was a 2 block trek in the rain with our suitcases from a public parking garage. The Chateau Versailles is a historical building and there are litteral pictures of nuns on the walls. The hotel is not bad, just definitely not what I chose and what I would have opted to spend my money on. Very bad costumer service from SENS Hotel. When we got there the restaurant near the lobby was closed for a private event and I suspect that they kicked everyone out that had existing reservations for that group.

The room was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. However the room was tired and needed renovated in places. Room was spacious and bright. However only 1 lounge chair and no table, air conditioning very noisy and lack of storage for clothes.

Our King room as spacious and spotless. The staff went above and beyond to suggest accessible transport, arrange a taxi, recommend restaurants and sent treats to our room with a lovely card for my husband’s birthday!

Super staff. But thé hotel needs a bit of care — peeling paint, wallpaper…. We also found the beds too soft for our liking. Great location with proximity to hospital though. And the in/out privileges for our car was really helpful.

I enjoyed my say here! The staff were very nice. The room itself was clean and spacious. I couldn’t figure out the thermostat (that’s on me, not on them) so I found the room got a bit stuffy without the fan on. The hotel is also very well located! You can see the metro from the corner of the street the hotel is on, it’s so close. If you have mobility issues you might have trouble walking up to the hotel from the metro because that street is inclined. It’s also located on a really nice street that isn’t too loud, but still pretty central to things that you could take a nice walk to if you didn’t feel like taking the metro. I reccomend Pizza Rosie around the corner for a slice!

For a five night stay, they failed to remake the room twice, even after complaining the first time. Also had to switch rooms — the “double” beds were child-sized and too short for adults. (I am 5’5” and the bed was too short.). We complained about the service situation and the staff couldn’t care less. No accommodations whatsoever.

slightly ran down, but staff and location make up for it.

Stay was great, great location, staff were friendly and helpful, room was nice and fit what we needed. For some reason coffee isn’t free with breakfast though? Thought that was odd and I haven’t really seen that at any hotels before.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. From the junior king suite to the penthouse last year. I brought my sister for the long weekend. Unfortunately in the last year a lot of changes have happened. The room and service was not up to par. From coming to Sens hotel, no one helped with unloading luggage (which happened both previous times), The door in the bathroom looks like it had been chewed pain chips. The AC in room 760 was half working and not. Constantly at 76 degrees. The ice machine on the 6th floor was out of order. Finally, I requested late check out by 1 hour when booking spoke to them on the phone. Then when I checked into the hotel and then yesterday before checking out this morning - was told “most likely shouldn’t be an issue just call the morning of” I was told this morning no late check out. This ruined our travel plans by 1 hour and disturbed our time thinking we had an extra hour. Overall will probably not coming back again despite our amazing previous visits

The room needs to be better up graded without holes in the wall or paint falling off.
