Front desk agent was ok - he did mention the hot water issue - which was fine- but you had to ask questions - breakfast time open, access to rooms, etc.
The hotel was really dirty - carpets, window sills, windows, The rooms were basically clean but not thoroughly clean. (Into corners, ledges etc). Beds were super used - new mattresses, furniture damaged etc
Overall the hotel needs some upkeep and improvements and some serious cleaning. It’s tired and another coat of paint isn’t the answer nor a quick swish of a rag.
