Parking was very tight for a full sized truck.

The property location was poor, driving up and seeing it also listed as a super 8 was definitely a drawback and would never have stayed there if we had known

It was nice to have underground parking just for the hotel. We were on the top floor and enjoyed the view. It's an older building that has been nicely redone. What we didn't enjoy was how loud the faucet was, when you needed water, that you could easily hear what went on in the hallway, and whatever they used for cleaning the floor left it feeling sticky. The bed was excellent, and the fridge and the A/C weren't too loud. So we had a good stay, all in all.

Staff was great

This hotel is labeled pet friendly…and they will take a pet but for a $150!!!!! charge. Totally egregious and gouging. I stayed at a different hotel last night on my way to California and they charged $25, which is fine. $25-$50 is okay but $150 is totally disgusting. Also our room is not clean. Grout is showing how dirty and not maintained. Tub is stained and discolored and toilet is gross.

The staff was friendly and helpful and there were many places within walking distance. We chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of our daughter’s apartment. With that being said, my husband deals code enforcement and has to check hotels for bed bugs regularly. When we stay in hotels he THOROUGHLY checks for bed bugs. He didn’t find bed bugs but the mattresses were FILTHY. Like someone dumped buckets of dirt on them. We noticed they had a sign in their lobby that stated they would not take reservations from anyone in the Great Falls area which led us to believe they’ve had a problem with the homeless population. Our suspicions were further confirmed when a couple people came in off the street and helped themselves to the free breakfast. Maybe this is why they didn’t keep the breakfast stocked? I don’t know but I would not recommend this hotel.

Easy check in. Hotel is a bit dated. You get what you pay for.

No spoons for cereal at breakfast. Asked for some. There were none

The hotel was very good. The room was comfortable and the mattress was great . Our only complaint was the breakfast choices were rather disappointing.... and heaven forbid if you put off coming for breakfast after 830 ... there was no choices at all

Everything was nice except the beds metal frame was very loud every time you moved.

Plugged shower drain, dirty furniture tops, coffee maker looked like it had never been cleaned

Limited dining and breakfast was not as good as other locations.

It was a very place to stay and the staff was really nice and even baked fresh cookies that were really good

Ok, but room not completely stocked. Missing tissues and water cups. Noisy as well. Internet slow.

There was a strong diesel smell in the hallway of the 4th floor overnight and in the morning. I ended up using a towel to block the door. Otherwise the stay was great.

It is a great place for convenience to shopping, dinning and entertainment. The rooms were not very clean and we had no hot water the second day we stayed there.
