The stay we fine but I forgot something in my room and when I contacted the hotel afterwards they told me they found nothing. I do not feel comfortable staying in a hotel and I cannot trust staff with access to my room. Will not stay there again

Excellent hotel. Staff were excellent, rooms spacious and as advertised, and all amenities in hotel including gym were fantastic. In a great location as well with great parking.

Tivemos a melhor hospedagem em Riva del Garda. O café da manhã é um dos melhores que já experimentei. Estava em lua de mel e ganhamos upgrade de quarto e deixaram uns brindes no quarto. Localização do hotel é muito boa, estacionamento fácil. Foi tudo perfeito, super recomendo!

The rooms are very fresh and clean. The breakfast is amazing the best breskfast i ever art i Italy and the staff is nice and helpful. I would love to come back.

Das Hotel ist gut nahe der Altstadt und nahe dem See gelegen. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind hübsch eingerichtet und ausreichend groß. Das Badezimmer ist großzügig, sauber und schön gestaltet. Man merkt, dass sehr viel Herz und Liebe im Hotel steckt. Das Frühstück war eines der besten, was ich jemals in einem Hotel hatte. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Erträgliche Lautstärke leider nur bei geschlossenem Fenster, da direkt an viel befahrener Hauptstraße gelegen. Zudem leider Zimmer (201) direkt neben dem Aufzug zugeteilt bekommen, welcher laute Geräusche von sich gibt. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und reichhaltig. Poolbereich sehr gepflegt.

A fantastic location for a brief stay. On arrival we realised we had not booked a room with balcony. They facilitated an upgrade at a reasonable cost , however, the superior room was only available for the first of our 2 nights. So, after moving room after 1 night they gave us the best room in the hotel. A penthouse suite with enormous terrace. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only minor criticism is that after the breakfast restaurant closes at 11am, there is no facility for drinks until the bar opens at 5pm
